Love the Bavarian cream filling and long john donuts. Wide variety of flavors, plenty of coffee, tea and boba drinks to choose from. Very friendly staff!

Found this location on google maps as we were driving south on I-85 and are we glad we stopped! The raised donuts were moist, delicious, satisfying and huge! The old fashioned cake donuts were just as amazing in texture and flavor. The Donut House will be on our list of stops on our next trip! Thank you Donut House for your excellent service and tasty treats!

The donuts and pastries are delicious. The drinks are okay, not the best. The chai latte tasted watered down. The employees could use a lesson in customer service. They don’t smile and make you feel rushed to order. It’s as if they are annoyed to accept my money….

I think it is absolutely outrageous to charge 36.99 a dozen for donuts because you asked for Halloween donuts. When I called and questioned the price I was told it was because they had to put extra into it. They added some dye to the frosting and minimal decorating. When I told them I wouldn't be back they couldn't care less. I have been a loyal customer since they opened and have recommended them to several people. Not anymore. There are alot of donut shops opening up in the area so they may want to rethink how they treat their customers. This one will be trying out the others from now on.

I stopped by The Donut House on my lunch break hoping to grab a quick treat. Unfortunately, the experience was pretty disappointing. The staff were all gathered around in a circle having a personal conversation and didn’t acknowledge me for about five minutes. Even though I was standing right in front of them and could hear everything they were discussing, no one said hello or even let me know they’d be with me. Another customer came in after me and they immediately served him first. At that point, someone briefly looked over and said they’d be with me shortly, but I ended up just leaving.
I hope they can improve their customer service, because the donuts looked great. But a simple acknowledgment would have made a big difference.

In my opinion the best donuts in town! The folks there are always friendly, the donuts and boba tea are really good and fresh. Don't wait too late or they'll sell out. Hands down the best maple bacon donut I've had. I try to avoid going by there too often simply because I can't resist anything they offer! Kudos to the staff and owners for consistently being awesome. At minimum 5 stars every single time.

It's a little pricy, but absolutely worth it! The sizes of the dess, plus the taste, are worth the money you pay. I usually end up splitting one dessert into 2.

I swung by The Donut House in Kannapolis, north of Charlotte on a Thursday morning to satisfy my sweet tooth, and I wasn’t disappointed.
I got the Apple Fritter, Toasted Coconut donut, Cinnamon Crumble and Chocolate Chip Biscoff Cookie donut. All of it tasted quite fresh. The standout for me was easily the Toasted Coconut donut with the coconut flavor coming through smoothly without being overpowering. The donuts revived my fondness for the donuts. I also got a Chai latte, which tasted great and was a great way to start the day.
The ladies behind the counter were quite helpful. There’s a seating area inside where you can enjoy the food if you’re dining. The morning at The Donut House seemed fairly busy with a steady stream of people coming in. It’s located in a strip mall at the corner, so there’s a lot of parking available outside.
Overall, The Donut House is a wonderful donut(and other delicacies) shop that is easily a star of the neighborhood. I highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area(and are looking to satisfy your sweet tooth).
