We ordered 3 donuts and coffee. All of them were fresh, soft and so enjoyable… to eat slowly. I do wish my Bavarian filled had been filled a bit better vs having the filling all on one end/half the donut. Still, way better than other donut places and they have a variety of options to choose from. Yes, I would and will go again.

Was a great place before new ownership. They changed the supplier for ingredients and you can definitely tell a difference. They have gone cheap. The filled donuts had hardly any filling in them. I just don’t understand why new owners feel the need to change things. You bought it cuz it was successful/profitable and then changed the recipes. We would go almost every weekend but now we are looking for a new donut place. We are just Really disappointed.

We used to be regular customers at this donut shop—stopping by a few times a month and occasionally placing large orders for our employees. Unfortunately, after a recent experience, we won’t be returning.
In March 2025, I purchased a $50 gift card for my wife’s birthday. When we tried to redeem it in May, just two months later, the card was declined. The cashier tried it again and confirmed it wasn’t working. We were then told that the shop had changed operating systems since the card was purchased and that, unfortunately, the card was no longer valid.
What’s most disappointing is that the staff didn’t offer any solution or make any effort to make things right. We were simply told the card couldn’t be used anymore—even though it was only two months old and bought directly from their store.
It’s frustrating to be out $50 for no fault of our own, especially as loyal customers. We expected more accountability and better customer service from a place we’ve been supporting since they opened.
