Coffee was very watered down. Ordered a coffee and had to subsequently order 2 more espresso shots. No real flavor. Was out of breakfast sandwiches.

I had heard about Holy Grind several times from my daughter and others with Genuine Team leaders in Kannapolis. I drove by tonight and needed a warm place to wait for my daughter’s class to end at Genuine. So decided to try out Holy Grind coffee for my first time. The service was not very personable or friendly. I understood that it was 40 minutes till closing so gave the benefit of doubt. I sat down to try my coffee and realized I needed more mocha flavor because it didn’t have the right flavor Just as I went to see the barista she went to the back getting ready to pack up for the night. I asked for a tad bit more mocha flavor and she simply gave me 3 pumps of mocha which made it way to sweet. So again in between customers asked for black coffee to be added to my mocha. Then it still was too sweet. Again I asked before leaving to have more black coffee. Never once did she care or offer to remake the mocha for me. She could have asked how many pumps I might needed since I asked for a bit more coffee. She didn’t have the warm friendly attitude I thought this place would have. It was disappointing for my first time.

I love this location of the Holy Grind! A cute coffee shop with couches, tables and chairs! The coffee is so yummy and they have tasty pastries!

Waited in the drive-thru (order window) with no one to check on me. Waited for over 5 minutes, so I drove to the second drive-thru window (pickup) where you’d take payment and your order. Two young ladies working never opened the window or acknowledged me, even after completing their orders inside. Was never served or acknowledged, so I drove away. If you offer a drive-thru experience, I’d recommend you check on your drive-thru customers too. I had a dog with me, so I chose the option to not come inside. Yes, on a Saturday with 3 cars in the parking lot. Maybe some additional reminders or trainings with your staff is needed for awareness… or lack thereof. If I could give you a negative service option, I would. Editions Book store served me in their drive-thru just fine after driving away. Will not be back.

1st time going here 8/24/24. I have always wanted to go but, never could find the time. So, Saturday we went. The Menu is impressive, and we were so excited. We pulled up to the 1st window and waited what felt like forever, with just one car in front of us, no signs saying stay here to order, no one at window. No one ever came to the 1st window, so we pulled up the 2nd window, and then one of the girls came to the window and then asked us to put the truck into reverse to the 1st window. Yes, she seemed nice but, then you could feel the aggravation with us, and the other girl she was working with, and kept calling her name (that started with an A, to not put her name out there) and then we asked about pastries and she called for the other girl and never helped her and then went and checked she just seemed Very Frustrated.
Put our order in, and I guess to sit at 2nd window again for an extended time. Watching the (2 girls) talk to people at the front counter, and waited what felt like way too long for 2 drinks, and 2 Pastries. Then she shoved the boxed items out the window, and No thank you, No have a Nice day...Nothing. The coffees were OK (5/10), (all the syrup was at the bottom :/ even though you had to try to stir the iced one with the straw that kept bending which I recommend a stronger straw if such thing. Pastries seemed like from "Sams" tasted good, but everything was Over Priced. We were the only ones in the drive thru for 20+mins. The girl who ever she is could have made this better, but if they don't have enough help, or if the help isn't helping then this is what is going to happen every time. The Friendly vibe wasn't there and what she tried just felt like attitude when we had questions.

Long Wait time, Not Friendly, Over Priced for Just OK Coffee, and attitude is Not worth it.

First time here and great tasting coffee, really nice atmosphere, and super friendly service. I'm originally a west coast guy (don't hold it against me) and I'm always looking for great tasting coffee. Smooth flavor, just the right amount of boldness, and no after-taste. Well done

The coffee and service we're phenomenal. The way they redid the old Hardee's building, absolutely beautiful, if I didn't know it was a Hardee's at one point I never would have guessed.
