I’ve shopped here several times and had a pleasant visit each time. The most recent time the ladies in the shop helped me find ingredients for a cake and were so kind (I used the chai, ground cardamom, ground ginger, and star anise to make the cake today, and it was a big hit). I’d definitely recommend this business.

Spice and Tea Exhange is one of my favorite places! I can always find anything I'm looking for, and even things I wasn't. My house is always fully stocked with tea and flavor, thanks to S+T, (in which I have a dedicated tea drawer just for them!) Connie is also the best, and greets me warmly every time I come in!

Nice store. Came to find orange spice tea. They did not have it. This tea is very popular especially during the holidays where I used to live. You could find it at any grocery store and especially at tea houses. I was counting on it being here but I left very disappointed. Ended up ordering it online and paid for shipping from a well known tea company. At least it arrived earlier than expected and I've been enjoying it for the Christmas season.

Visited the great city of Kannapolis NC yesterday. What a great place now. Went into The Spice and Tea and had a great time. Manager is super helpful. Bought Bread Pudding Tea and had a great trip down memory lane this morning. My Dad used to make Bread pudding and this tasted exactly like it. Yummy

I really enjoyed my first visit to this new shop. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. We were given a quick tour of the spice wall before moving to the tea wall. The variety is amazing and the staff can help you narrow down what you're looking for. My favorite part was the tea bar. You can try any tea on the spot. I tried one of their warm ginger teas and loved it. You can also try iced teas. They have a few table in the back for classes and events. If you're looking for cool novelty gifts, they have those too. Give them a try if you're in downtown Kannapolis.
