Very good service from Jeroselynn, she was very nice with a big beautiful smile. I got a small chocolate nut sundae... chocolate syrup, wet walnuts and soft serve vanilla. It was good, needed more syrup but it was OK this time. I would recommend. They also topped it with whip cream and a cherry. Love that they offer a drive thru unlike Dairy Queen.

I waited a long time on my order hot dog buns were too hard, French fries were gross. First time we ate there it was great. This time it was terrible. While ordering she kept having trouble hearing me due to the noise on the Highway… not sure if I will eat there again… probably a no..

I was able to visit on a weekend afternoon for ice cream. The ice cream was great, but your ordered then had to sit and wait for your number for them to make it. First ice cream order that I've ever had done that way. Wanted to give 4 stars for that visit.I then took my family to Jocko's today and was hoping to grab lunch after a round of mini golf. To my surprise, this place doesn't open UNTIL 1pm! There were several other families that did the same and had to take their business elsewhere once they discovered what I did. The marquee sign out front shows a picture of The Split logo with Open above it on the same picture which made it even more confusing. Sadly, they lost alot of business today. For this I had to take away another star. I can't speak for the food yet, but the ice cream (Hershey's brand) was good.

First time here, for Lunch and ice cream with my daughter. Amazing selection of Hershey's ice cream and simple, decent food menu. Burger was good and daughter loved the ice cream. Plenty of seating and great small town ice cream shop appeal I loved growing up. Very friendly young staff, and loved they were playing 106.9 or similar for low music. Will be bringing my family back frequently!!!!

Was a good place when they first opened up. My granddaughters loved going here and called it the big ice cream scoop cause of the big cone outside...but today we will no longer return. They gotten Stingy on the amount they serve and no longer have servers to have flows of drinks. You now have to wait in line and place your food at the counter instead of sitting down and looking through a menu. Then the lady who took our order doesn't obviously know how the menu works. Asked for the kids chicken tenders, which obviously comes with fries and a drink.. yet what came out was just 2 pieces of chicken. No fries!! Then starts to fuss saying that we only asked for the tenders. If we did then the receipt would have said something else. Will no longer being coming back.

Visited for the first time tonight and we will be back! The food was good. Well priced! The fries had a slight fishy taste to them. However, the ICE CREAM! WE LOVED THE ICE CREAM! I got the caramel truffle ice cream and it was so good! My husband got the jacos lava.....? With the caramel truffle ice cream and top.This is definitely our new go to for ice cream and sweets!!

We had an awesome experience at the Split! The host was efficient and so helpful! Our server was fantastic. I can’t remember her name but she had on a light pink mask with rhinestones on it. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We weren’t expecting much because it was just like diner food but it was honestly amazing! The ice ram absolutely delicious. Everything was quick even though they were busy. Another thing that I truly appreciate in a restaurant- they were as eco friendly as possible. Compostable straws and Togo containers that aren’t plastic! Love it. We will definitely be back soon!

Visted about 7 p.m on a Thursday. Felt take out was slow as no one else was in line. Ordered Carolina hot dog combo and soft serve ice cream. The hot dog had no slaw and the fries were luke warm, as I pulled in a parking space to eat. While waiting on my food. I could hear 2 employees arguing.

I really love this place the food is great and ice cream is delicious. I hope they can get it together and be more consistent that is important. But over all very nice place and friendly service. I think they will be very successful with a little time to get things organized. Have been twice now had great experience both times. Thanks and I hope and pray for your great success.
