I’ve tried this restaurant a handful of times and the first time experience was perfect. We kept going, but we’re disappointed with the inconsistency of the quality. They are OK with the right kitchen manager, but without that, it is a hit or miss. The staff is very friendly though! If you’re going to try anything, I highly recommend you get the buffalo wing. They are to die for! They are smoked and so tender.
Best restaurant on West Ave in Kannapolis and trust me I've tried them all. Food is top notch. I dine here once a week and for good reason. Excellent service and everything on the menu is wonderful. The only thing that bothers me is this place is not packed. And if you're wondering, NO I don't work, own, or have any ties to this restaurant. I just think quality should be recognized.
Updating my review as the owners of this restaurant are amazing. Upon hearing of our bad experience, they reached out privately to apologize and make amends. We went back again to give it a second chance and couldn’t have been happier! Service and food was amazing and the whole family left extremely happy! Thank you!
