The staff should be ashamed for not helping the elderly population take an order because they do not know how to use the kiosk! The poor man left and went through the drive thru because he didnt know how to use the kiosk and not one person came to help him.
There was an extremely long wait in the drive through. I sat at the microphone for over 5 minutes before they took my order. The staff was pleasant and got my order right. The wait time was too the point that I was preparing to leave when they were finally able to take my order. I almost left.

The food was cold, even the hamburger. The employee attitude was please leave, I don't want to serve you. It was like they wished they were somewhere else. I would make their wish and clean house and replace with employees that can provide service similar to other Wendy's

Disappointing that an order can't be correct. Food was fine, but my husband doesn't eat cheese, but it wasn't removed from his burger as he'd ordered it.

I gave them cold fries they gave me back and asked for new ones. They put the old fries in the oil thinking that I wouldn’t notice. I came back around and asked them if that’s what they did because they’re chewy and shriveled. They then gave me the fresh fries I asked for in the first place. Plain lazy and not so bright… I’m way smarter than that. Loser activity
