I am surprised to see the rating of this Wendy's because for me, it is the only one I trust. Every time I have been here I have not been disappointed, whether it be with the food or service. The employees may not look the happiest but they'll still give you the best service they can. The food has never been of low quality. I have been to several Wendy's but none match the quality of this one.

Not sure why this Wendy’s has a lower average rating than the Zaxby’s across the street. The difference is night and day. Here, I am treated like a human being instead of a leper. The employees are friendly, efficient and passionate about their work. My meal was hot, delicious and made with care. Let’s try to get this rating bumped up! I love Wendy’s!

I always have a great experience at this Wendy's! The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. I especially love the hot and crispy fries and the signature spicy chicken nuggets. Always a reliable spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

So highly upset with the experience. Tried calling the location over 15 times to no avail. Went through the app to order the food and put modifications and the app once again did not transfer all of the information over to the location. When we tried having the item remade, they said they could not. That we would basically have to order the food again. And then on top of that we would have to go back around to place the order. They were not gonna do it at the window. Since the modifications were for allergy reasons, the food had to be thrown away. When we reviewed the food we did receive, the fries are not even completely filled neither are the apple slices and it was like the food was just thrown together. I tried calling to speak to the manager and again have called over 15 times and no one wants to answer. The service is not friendly! The lady at the window acted as if it was a bother to her that we were needing assistance!

They messed up the hamburgers, amd smashed them into the bag, but they had good flavor. They smashed the fries under the burgers. The fries were fresh and tasted good. The employee was abrasive and disinterested in answering us when we asked if everything was in the bag because 4 burgers and 4 fries shouldn't have been smashed together in one bag.
