The atmosphere at a Whataburger in Archdale North Carolina was amazing. Everyone was very friendly. The food was served fast and hot.. and the food was delicious. The burgers were big and the fries were fantastic.

Never want to leave a bad review but this time I feel like I should. Called in an order 15 minutes before I arrived ordered 3 cheeseburgers and several other things. Got there waited 30 minutes in the car before our order came out. I got all the way home (25 minute drive) and realized that we had 5 cheeseburgers instead of 3, which no way we could eat all of them. I was also charged for 5 instead of the 3 I ordered. I call up there and they tell me the only way they can give me my money back is if I drive back there and bring them the burgers! That’s ridiculous - that’s a long drive, it’s late, I’m already tired and just wanted a quick bite but because someone can’t take the order right I have to pay the extra money! Unbelievable! Going to make me drive almost an hour to and from to give you back the burgers that you added to my order so you can throw them away anyway. That’s a waste of time and gas! Not a way to run a business!

They took the phone off the hook and didn’t bother answering 3 times the staff was extremely rude when we walked over there and they burnt the food on purpose 13 minutes before closing the older lady was shaking her head when ordering this was the worst experience ever and usually they aren’t like this. 13 minutes before closing or not you still need to do your job properly.

Need to do better at checking food before going into bag, Ordered a What A Cheese Burger with bacon, only ketchup and mayo. What I got was lettuce, tomato and onion. We don't eat there, we take it to go home. My husband was missing the meat. Had bun with lettuce, tomato and onion and mayo but no meat. He is pissed. DO BETTER
Always a pleasure when i am home, and catch a what a burger in Kannapolis NC. Smelling those onion rings when i pull in, i know i am home. Milkshake, burgers were on the 1, as always.
