I have been to this location on a couple occassions and they were extremely slow & lack basic customer service skills. The wait for food was excessive and not 1 person greeted anyone coming in the establishment. After waiting for 10 minutes just to placean order & not as much as an ounce of common courtesy, we left & went elsewhere. Do better!

Everyone putting 5 stars on this place is lying. Don’t believe any of those “good” reviews. The reality is this Wingstop in Kannapolis is a joke. The woman who answers the phone is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and acted like she hated her job and the customers. I placed an order, waited longer than necessary, only to be told they “don’t have my ticket” and instead of helping, she gave me attitude like I was the problem.
And to the woman working the front register you are by far one of the worst employees I’ve ever dealt with, messing around like you’re doing everyone a favor by just being there. If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, talk like a normal human being, or at least carry yourself with some manners (you look old enough to know better), then maybe it’s time to find another job.

Ordered here from work on the website. When it arrived I was so excited to eat my sandwich and fries, but guess what? There were no fries!!! Called and was told that I could come get it if I wanted it! On my thirty minute lunch???? What kind of service is this?!?! How is it fair to treat hungry paying customers like this?!?

Great food! Great customer service! I’ve came several times to this location. They’re always on top of their order. Their fried are always fresh and crispy. Everytime i ask for my wings extra crispy, that’s exactly what i get. 10/10 compares to most wing stops.

This Wingstop needs a lot of help. There’s barely any staff and it gets super busy. So, I understand if the order gets messed up. I called about a mission item, and apparently I spoke to the manager, they said they’d fix it, started making and they would throw some extra food in. Thats fine, whatever, I’m glad they’re gonna fix my order. Mind you I live 30 minutes away, so these tenders should be done by the time I get there. I went inside told whoever the situation, got asked 3 more times by the same person.. told her the situation again. “Oh your food will be right up” okay.. hour later I finally get my 7 chicken tenders. While I was in here the customer service to other people was god awful. I used to work customer service and it really is the worst I’ve seen. Corporate or whoever needs to come check their establishment because this is absolutely crazy. The staff do not care about anything. They don’t even try to hide how unpleasant their job is, nobody likes working customer service but don’t get a job there if you’re going to blatantly rude to customers.
