This wing stop has the worst customer service and always mess up orders, they told me I was lying about not receiving literally half of my wings and didn’t want to give me the rest of my order, never come here.

If I could rate negative stars I would. Service was absolutely terrible. Waited over 20 mins past my estimated time. Everything was cold. Tenders were tiny. We were told we were waiting on fries yet when we got them they were cold and wasn’t even a 1/4 of the box. Left without our drink because cashier said they were cleaning the machine (at 6:00pm)…after 20 mins of waiting she finally decided to start cleaning if after standing around while her lobby was full of people waiting to use the soda fountain. The employees are running this place into the ground!

Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service

Our experience at this Wing Stop was extremely disappointing, and we won’t be returning. We placed an online order totaling $84, including a $15 tip, only to receive cold food and an incomplete order. Specifically, we ordered 15 chicken tenders and only received 5.

When I called the restaurant to report the missing items, the person who answered (and later identified himself as the manager) was very rude. Before I could fully explain, he interrupted with, "Ah nah, we ain't doing this," and insisted that everything was there because he was the one who prepared it. His tone and refusal to listen added to the frustration as paying customers.

When I called back to speak to the manager, I was surprised to hear the same individual, who then bluntly refused to tell me his name.

While I understand that we were both frustrated—I was understandably annoyed to have spent over $80 on an incomplete order—the disrespectful response from the "manager" and the lack of accountability were unacceptable. We won’t be visiting this location again.

Went to this place to order and the cashier was quitting and was counting her draw out and said I'm sorry can't help you she called for someone from the back to help the said no and sent me out the store saying it was no one to take orders. So what happened to teamwork ok she's leaving but the store still must serve it's customers and they were open until 12 so if you turning customers away what you taking just online orders, it was very unprofessional the co workers in the background laughing it's was a disgrace

I been here a couple of times and it’s always the same thing with the place I love that that brought one closer to this area but honestly the wait here is outrageous, had me waiting in there for 45 to an hour and it looked like everyone else had been waiting that long as well and the service was all right , when you walk in they have a face and they whole body language changes right after taking the order
