Would have been better off with a pack of nabs.. 1st my wife got the chicken tenders, they were not tender. As a matter of fact they were dry..as south Texas. Fries are warm at best. Considering it a few minutes after 12 they really should have been hot, but at least they were not greasy. That's a positive. I got the mushroom Swiss as usual and it was the usual, nothing great. The dining room was atrocious. Can Hardee's not afford a broom? As much as it cost to eat there, I don't see why they can't afford one. AND USE IT! The lady that took our order needs to learn how to smile 😃 it probably would brighten someone's day.

Don’t listen well at drive- thru. Asked for White meat chicken, got home and it was dark meat. I live out of town so I couldn’t just go back up there. It’s frustrating. The slaw was nasty too . I will not be returning to that Hardee’s.

I asked for freshly dropped tenders ! Gave them back asked for fresh and they handed the sane ones right back to me ! Tenders take 3 minutes or more sge gave them back in 30 seconds!
Ok I understand this is FAST food but at the end of the day give me what I spent my money on not this. Not only is it not hot, it is not even heat lamp warm. It is two bun bottoms, the chicken is dry and hard.

Tried the fish again- different Hardees than 2 days earlier. It was overcooked but no bitterness from over used deep fry oil.

Ewwww. I should have returned this food immediately!!! $65 worth of food that was gross. The fries were absolutely sickening. They had so much grease it leaked through the fry container, the paper bag and left the inside of the plastic bag greasy. Y'all that is disgusting. One burger had to be thrown away and the fries are all in the trash. I will never attempt this place again. My gosh that was disgusting. I could've saved 40 bucks by going to McDonald's. At least I expect greasy food from there. Service wasn't necessarily bad, but if you hand food over to people looking at that kind of bag, your service sucks!
