Out of towner here. Went in to order food and use bathroom. Ended up helping a sweet lady with fallen trays and they graciously rewarded me and my wife with Oreo pies!!
They kept apologizing about the wait, but they were taking care of the slammed drive through and other orders as well. Ended up upsizing our drinks too. (Wait was nothing compared to what we are used to back home).
Fries were fresh, salty and they loaded my Big Mac with Mac Sauce (as ordered).
Probably the best McDonald’s experience we have both had. Thank you for the pies!!! ?

I went to Macdonald today Monday August 12 around 12:00 I order a McCrispy meal and a Deluxe McCrispy meal as well both meals which come with fries and drinks and I also order a Filet-O-Fish meal and as I ask for ketchup and mayonnaise I checked I was missing two medium fries and filet and I told her hey I’m missing my fries and filet and she had an awful attitude already like if that was my fault they didn’t give me my order and she give me a bag and it only had my fries and I said I’m still missing my filet and she said what’s in the bag I said my two sandwich and the fries I said you had forgotten my fries and the filet and she said you only order This and that and I said no I have my receipt right here I said I want my order that I paid for and she had the worse attitude and I told her why you being rude if yall missed my order up that not my fault I said do your job right and you won’t be dealing with this and she continues to be rude and says she gave us everything and she said pull up to the line I said okay and when I Parked my hanger had went away and I didn’t feel comfortable eating that food so I checked everything and one of the sandwich was supposed to be normal not spicy and it was spicy so I go inside to get my money back and I told another manger I was like I’m sorry but I want my money back because I said the manger is being rude and disrespectful and acts like it out fault for asking for the correct order she has a awful attitude for something that it not my fault and she went and told her that we wanted our money back and then the rude lady comes and says I didn’t forget your order and I have the order correct she said we didn’t give you a spicy and I said yes you forgot our fries then you treat your costumer bad and wrong for a mistake y’all did and plus you give me a spicy sandwich which I didn’t ask for and she was like no I didn’t I said check it and it was spicy and I was missing 3 fries and the filet and I said I want my money and she was so rude and this is a manger on there she doesn’t know how to do her job or take ownership of her mistakes she treated me horribly and I was in lunch break I wasted my time trying to prove to her my order wasn’t correct and when I did she acted like I was lying
I guess there's still a little kid left in all of us. Always a quick and good food option.
The food was even wrong on about 4 different people staying in there with me I will never go there again
First time in a LONG time we have went to a McDonald’s and actually got a warm meal. This particular location was Fast, GOOD, fresh! Impressed!
