Another employee had to keep calling to the team to get someone to take the order. The order was wrong, we were charged wrong, and nobody knew what to do. No soap in the bathrooms that looked like they were last cleaned in 2020. Worst Mcdonald's I've ever visited.

Always check your order before you drive off, I guarantee something will always be missing. No one could be on the drive thru line but you will have to wait 2-5 minutes for someone to come on the order screen and when they finally do you’ll have to repeat your items. It’s like they talk on the speaker to let you know they are there but aren’t actually ready to take your order. Once you get to the 2nd window they make you pull up to bring your order out, with no cars behind you! There are 2 maybe 3 people there that actually go a great job, everyone else doesn’t care.

Placed a mobile order and waited for 25 minutes for my food on my 30 minute lunch break. Had to say something to FINALLY get my food and when i got back to work I realized it wasn't even right, not even close to being correct. Spent $12 on my meal and all I got to eat was a medium fry and a drink. Will NOT be coming back here.

Apple extremely dried & aged severelyCould not begin to bite into.
Stopped at this McDonald’s while headed home from the beach. We ordered food in the drive through for about six people. they forgot three hash browns, gave me a cherry pie instead of an apple pie, and they forgot to substitute bacon for sausage in my egg Mcmuffin. The food was expected for a McDonald’s.
