Local lore claims that the original restaurant burned and that this one just recently reopened under the new name, Cactus J Restaurant. They don't have a website but found them on Facebook with a menu. Although I was unable to call them I decided to stop there anyway on my way to another restaurant. Surprise! It was open and I ordered fish tacos, regular tacos & street tacos. They were all yummy, especially the fish tacos...I think they might be the best ones I've had.

Understaffed and extremely disorganized (asked us what our order was twice). It was busy this day so the wait time was expected. Young children running around in the kitchen and dining area; very unsanitary and unsafe. Ran out of certain main ingredients so we had to compromise. Food was good but the service was mediocre.

8/26/15 Four of us had lunch here. For a small town restaurant, the food and presentation was excellent. Don't let the outside appearance steer you away from this good food and service! Food is very tasty. Rated this restaurant 5 stars for food and service.
