Ive gotten food from this mcdonalds more than once, and I don't think they've ever gotten the order right. I order through the app and it literally says it on the ticket what it is and how people want it made and they still cant get it right. Ive never had this much of an issue with a mcdonalds and you'd think they would fix it but the customer service is awful and they like to try to blame the customer for their mistakes. That and we had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee. Nobody else in line. They push people forward to try to make their time look good just to mess up your order.

Update- they messed up the coffee 3 times and its still disgusting

The employees there never listen. They always get my order wrong or they don’t put what I ordered in the bag. If you try to order 2 of the same thing they always assume it’s just one. Don’t go to the McDonalds in Kenly they’re incompetent

I was just in this McDonald's on 30 minutes ago and ordered something as simple as you can order. A sausage biscuit with egg and a peppermint hot chocolate.

What I got was something covered in cheese, and some kind of tea.

The cover was loose on the Tea which luckily I caught at the last minute, but I ended up throwing away the order.

I should have known something was wrong because the woman asked me specifically was I having a specialty drink and I said yes a peppermint hot chocolate, and she said one of those peppermint things, and walked away.

She returned with a cup that was too small, was not hot chocolate, and while everything looked wrong, I didn't have time to check it I had to get back on the road.

So I guess the lesson learned here is, at this McDonald's thoroughly check your order before you leave.

Skip this location when travelling I-95. Ordered from kiosk up front, registers were closed, staff was MIA. Except for an employee taking her break and yelled to the back 'you have customers'. 20 minutes after ordering from kiosk our food was ready. It was 3:35PM. Not noon. No huge lunch crowd. The employees I did see looked panicked and stressed out, hopefully this was one bad day rather than the norm.

We were waited on by the sweetest little lady. Very kind. Food was good and hot, promptly served. She brought it to our table right away. Clean bathrooms, just like we always expect from McDonald. They do a great service for travelers.

The manager this morning was lively and on point. I made a order and was supposed to go through drive thru but didn't have time, so I ran in with my app #. The manager hopped into action getting my order through drive thru in a the type of hurry I was in this morning. The cashier was sweet, anticipated my needs, and was also quick. Very well trained and Special thanks to Angela !!

Thou I had to pull up to wait for my food it was not even warm. It seems like McDonald's just does not care about there customers any more. Food quality is terrible in just about all there restaurants!
