We were waited on by the sweetest little lady. Very kind. Food was good and hot, promptly served. She brought it to our table right away. Clean bathrooms, just like we always expect from McDonald. They do a great service for travelers.

The manager this morning was lively and on point. I made a order and was supposed to go through drive thru but didn't have time, so I ran in with my app #. The manager hopped into action getting my order through drive thru in a the type of hurry I was in this morning. The cashier was sweet, anticipated my needs, and was also quick. Went through the drive through. Ordered a #3 meal , large with a coke. They immediately asked me to pull forward and wait in the #1 spot. About 7-8 minutes later, my food was brought out to me and I left. About half way home, I opened the bag to find a 1/4 lb cheese burger rather than the double quarter that I ordered, a medium fry and realized that my coke was a medium also.

They gave us the wrong order tonight and forgot the kids meal the second time. This is ridiculous my kids hungry waiting on his food . When I tried to call the phone kept saying the line was busy.
They need to learn how to work the drive thru. And how to take the food orders. This makes no sense at all. If you don't want to work why come in and be lazy and act like they can't hear at that drive-thru. 🙄

I went through the drive thru to order 2 simple meals. They made me pull forward which is normal, yet multiple cars pulled away with their orders while I waited. After almost 10 minutes the fella brought my food out. I looked in the bag and was missing one order of fries. He took the bag back and after another long 10 minute wait he brings my bag out and still only 1 order of fries. Then tells me he sees what the receipt says but what’s in the bag is correct. I said it says right here 2 orders of fries. He said well what’s in the bag is correct. At this point I was extremely angry at the lack of customer service and inability to do a simple job so I left. And these folks want $15.00 an hr…they don’t deserve $5.00…terrible service !!!
