Woman spoke with an attitude Asked for a wrap, and she asked half or whole. I said whole. As she put the meat on (one scoop less meat for the same price, mind you), I realized she got me a flatbread. Said this is what they got and said to pick a different bread if I didn't like it. After wanting to leave on principal, due to the attitude and not having what I want and not telling me this ahead of time, I saw the cut tomatoes that looked 3 days old and I left. And I wonder why it was empty

If I could give a zero, I would. I walked up to the door at 840pm with the sign in the window clearly lit up saying open. I went to open the door and it was locked. There were two female employees inside, one sweeping and one behind the counter. Both looked at me and shook their heads and mouthed we are closed. The sign on the door read close at 9pm. I'm all for leaving work on time but my sandwich would have only taken about 3-5 minutes to be made. Make this make sense.

I went here today and an older lady was on the phone the entire time and was holding her phone on a personal phone call and messing with her hair and then proceeded to dig into the veggies to fix my sub without changing gloves. I nicely let her know that I no longer wanted the subs. This was very unprofessional; I will say there was another young lady there that was very nice and washed her hands.

Hard 4 stars for this location, the girl that was actually working and made my sandwich was so very sweet, we chatted about how shes was from NY and she wished me safe travels. The girl that rung me out was super rude and was talking outside on her phone for the majority of the time. I was on a 15 hour drive from FL and yawned when I was at the register, she actually yawned at me back and looked like a complete clown, actually made me laugh! Bless your heart hunny!

Just do not do online orders for either kenly locations. Both do not give you ingredients clearly listed on app, but still charge you. I did not go back because who has the time to go all the way back to town!I have never had a problem with the staff here, but come on. Stuff is already expensive, and not getting what you paid for makes it worse!

the most terrifying feeling I experienced in this subway food store! The most disgusting behavior of a woman's employment, racism and discrimination against me, my husband and daughter. Throwing away a piece of bread that I nicely asked her to put salad in my sandwich, she rolled her eyes and sighed. I ordered two cookies, she brought one, I was polite again because I have never experienced this kind of disrespect as a customer in my life! my last visit to this facility definitnov!
