I personally feel like this is the best Taco Bell in the area. It is always fresh and correct. The service is very fast and they get the mobile orders ready very quickly.

They should be sued for false advertisement on how they prepare food items, I was intised with the look of the Cantina Bowl and when I get it I was super disappointed, a pinch of salad, a teaspoon of beans and rice and was given the spicy Cantina bowl that I did not ask for, we like to stop by this Truckstop but these young folks working there is not it. The bowl was so short of items it did not even touch the top cover who wants that, I expected more but got less, I will not order from. Here agai. Such a disappointment.

Food was very sloppily made! Wwwaaayyy to much sauce. Little to no fillings (meat, lettuce, cheese). From the counter to the parking lot my tacos were soggy and quesidilla saturated with oil. Clearly gloves aren't changed, as every container was greasy from being handled with messy hands. This is why law suits are filed.

Food here was awful; ordered burrito supreme and it was not your typical burrito supreme from taco bell. Had a sloppy amount of some type of tomato sauce and full of diced tomatoes, very little to no lettuce, it lacked cheese and sour cream and unsure if meat was beef. Threw it away after 2 bites which was a waste of money. Traveling on highway so unable to go back and request refund. Same with the supreme soft tacos, didn't taste like what you expect from taco bell.

Ordered mobile. Picked up order, it wasn't what I ordered. I took it back in, girl at register said "you picked up the wrong order". I picked up what YOU have me. Also, I ordered a frozen drink. She handed me and empty cup. I didn't ask, my fault, as she was busy talking to a man about traffic. When I went back in, I did ask. Oh, we don't do frozen drinks here. Good customer service would have told me that on first trip.

im not one to normally review a taco bell. but this needs to be said I travel the entire country all year round. I can honestly say at least for me this is by far the greatest taco bell I have ever been to . the 2 people working at this location right now are doing it right. normally I get taco bell and I just accept what I get but I did not expect to get what I did here. somehow they made cheap taco bell taste like a real taco truck that you find in a random location that makes the best food if you know you know. give these 2 a raise and figure out what they are doing because they are just better than 99% of your entire company . just a note 06/15/2024 at 9am taco bell do yourself a favor and make these 2 your new managers whoever they are
