Nacho fries were fresh, but I waited almost 30 minutes for this thing that is ice cold and rolled right apart when I pulled it out… no effort whatsoever. Disappointed cuz i usually like this one

This place is absolute trash! I paid $23 for my first meal at 8:45pm. Everything is stale, slimy, and disgusting. Not to mention the people making it are all some sketchy characters. I watched them the entire time and they were all definitely up to no good. Especially this short boy with long hair and a giant hoop earring. They turn their backs to the crowd and keep looking back and laughing. So what am I to think is happening? I took 1 bite, was completely disgusted and I threw the whole thing out. Told everyone in line not to bother and they all agreed that the place was disgusting and walked away with me. As soon as you go get your fountain drink is an immediate red flag. The ENTIRE area is COVERED with trash! I'm so sick of being restricted to fast food at truck stops and it's always some young, kid, with an attitude, making your food, and messing everything up!!!

If yall don’t wanna work that’s fine stay home but as a trucker we appreciate warm food!! Not cold food. Maybe staying home you can make warm food for your ppl. If I had known food would be served cold the beans I would rather have gotten subway or Wendy’s.

I personally feel like this is the best Taco Bell in the area. It is always fresh and correct. The service is very fast and they get the mobile orders ready very quickly.

My food was burnt and the food presentation was as if you were feeding a dog and the Food prep area was really dirty

They should be sued for false advertisement on how they prepare food items, I was intised with the look of the Cantina Bowl and when I get it I was super disappointed, a pinch of salad, a teaspoon of beans and rice and was given the spicy Cantina bowl that I did not ask for, we like to stop by this Truckstop but these young folks working there is not it. The bowl was so short of items it did not even touch the top cover who wants that, I expected more but got less, I will not order from. Here agai. Such a disappointment.

Food was very sloppily made! Wwwaaayyy to much sauce. Little to no fillings (meat, lettuce, cheese). From the counter to the parking lot my tacos were soggy and quesidilla saturated with oil. Clearly gloves aren't changed, as every container was greasy from being handled with messy hands. This is why law suits are filed.
