This knife on a flor was for an hour I’ve been there and employees on a kitchen was stepping on it countless time and no one bother to pick it up. Keep that in mind when u gonna eat there. Been waiting and totally ignore when I got there too.

In the TOP 5 worse Waffle House in America,and I’m a Trucker driver. Food was horrible .the eggs taste as if they added 5-7 slices of cheese to it .i don’t know if it was personally done to me .and the waffle was cold and I waited almost 1hour just for a waffle and eggs.

My only issue is that my wife ordered the pork chop plate with grits instead of hash browns and when she later opened her food there were no grits in it. Do better, Waffle House. Now I gotta hear her mouth…and that’s the real issue!

For take out they charge you $2.10 for taking the food out. And $2.10 extra for service charge. The waitress said that was for cooking the food. Lmao...they've lost me as a customer for sure! That's called price gouging in my neighbor hood!

Everyone who was working may 22, 2025 around 8pm needs to be fired. I was there 10 minutes. In those 10 minutes I had a menu thrown at me and was told “I’ll be right back.” No thanks. I got up and left. Management needs to do something about there lazy, ignorant staff they have working.
Literally every person in my family’s order was wrong and extremely slow in coming to the table . It was like comedy in real Life . And the grand finale : When they forgot two waffles for my daughters, they brought them after we all had finished our food . I asked them to get to go containers then she proceeded to stack the plates putting a plate on top Of a waffle . Why would a waitress put the bottom of a plate on top of a waffle ?!??

My daughter's took me out for mother's Day breakfast.and we said waffle House.and glad we all agreed.they were kinda busy.but they kept up good ..food was really good.service was great.we didn't have to ask for nothing.our waitress was on it .she was great .but all said and done we were in and out quick..I would recommend to go there and eat ..couldn't ask for a better mother's Day breakfast with good food and great service with a smile .. thanks waffle house in kenly..

Walk in with out anyone say anything and seat are self got own menu the i order texa cheesesteak i got it with out cheese than the waitress given back to cook she open sandwich put american yellow cheese on griill to heat than put on sandwich it was the worst serves give drink wrong person did have want mor e water seen the they try charge wrong they did fixs that

If I could give 0 I would solely based on my experience tonight. I placed an order online for pick up. I ordered a cheesesteak (with onions) bowl chunked and capped, a bacon egg and cheese hash brown bowl smothered and a bowl of grits. No where on the page did it have a comment section or give an option to have items cooked “well”. I tried to call to ask if this was an accommodation I could request, but customers cannot call the store… a recording only tells you to order online 🤦♀️. So I drive the 5 mins there and asked Cheyenne, the salesperson, if she could aske the grill op to cook the hashbrowns crispy. She told me that they were about to be done with my order and again I asked if we could get the hashbrowns extra crispy. The hashbrowns are raw, even though I had to ask the grill op directly to put them back on, and he did. Still raw. Burnt meats no onions or mushrooms in sight, no utensils, no napkins, had to ask for my grits, no butter offered. Simply horrible. I worked for Waffle House many years under Harold Anderson and Caroline Burant and was raised MUCH better than this…. What a shame. Won’t be back… not to that location. -Kimberly Shannon
