I live close by so we are regularly in for morning refreshments ! This morning I grabbed my wife coffee , babysitter & kid’s hot chocolate before heading to work . It started the day out good as everyone enjoyed their drinks .

Friendly staff, delicious coffee and got some beautiful artwork from a local artist who was painting in the shop when I came in. Cool experience. Will definitely be back.

Came in for an early espresso drink and was welcomed by delicious baked goods and smiling staff. Our iced earl grey tea and iced espresso were excellent. They had many goods for sale from local artists which was really nice to see. This will be a regular spot!

Very good specialty coffee! Best coffee I have had in OBX. I tried the iced salted caramel mocha, and the iced white mocha with caramel which is my favorite. Will defiantly be back when we stay in town. Staff is super friendly!

Cute lil place, with yummy cookies and a pretty solid Oatmilk latte, the espresso was a bit bitter for my preference but still a great latte! They also had a lot of really great art and stickers for sale inside.

Really good coffee shop with local art for sale. Parking can be quite an adventure. This is a nice spot to sit and enjoy a simple cup of coffee.

A super coffee house! Dogs welcome, ice cream coffee infusions are unique and wonderful. Staff/owners were friendly even after a long season of visitors to OBX. A great place fix you're staying nearby, or on your way to or from your spot in OBX

So nice I had it twice! We were in town for 2 days, I wanted an afternoon coffee so we checked this place out.

Wicked beach atmosphere, cool stuff for sale in there! I had a mint chocolate chip cold brew milkshake on day one and it was awesome!

Went back the next day before we left and grabbed a red eye and a coffee and they were also on point!

Staff was dealing with the internet being down across the whole town and they did so w grace and a smile as the people filed in.

10/10 don't miss it if you like coffee.

Service was great, especially as they were pushing through technical issues with their POS. We got the chai tea, a blueberry scone, and a Nutella pastry. The food and drinks were great. Overall a great experience

I have my favorite coffee shop where I live and I never thought I’d find a place as good (or maybe better) but Ashley’s definitely proved me wrong. The coffee was so tasty that we actually drove 45 minutes the next day to go back and get another one. I got the frozen dirty bird latte which is a frozen chai latte with espresso. The baristas were also very kind and seemed to genuinely love their job. And last but not least, the atmosphere was stellar!! There was plenty of seating, lots of little things to buy, instruments to play, and a beautiful little garden looking area where you could sit and enjoy your food or coffee. The only thing that wasn’t top tier was they didn’t have a ton of parking but I personally don’t think the location would allow for more. I will 100% be going back to Ashley’s next time I’m in the area!!

When I started this coffee shop journey two and half years ago I didn’t have a favorite coffee drink. I never noticed the differences in coffee shops and I rarely visited local shops. Now I definitely have a favorite type of coffee shop. Ashley’s Espresso Parlour fits every quality I admire in a coffee shop.

I was warmly greeted by the barista and the smell of freshly baked muffins (I am nosey and asked). Coffee beans are roasted in house which added to the amazing aroma seeping from the shop. The barista made an exceptionally yummy cortado. Merchandise from local artists is displayed and for sale on walls, racks and shelves. Seating is tucked in every available spot. My favorite part was watching locals walk in and out of the shop, chatting with employees and other locals.

Ashley’s Espresso Parlour is the kind of coffee shop I wish I had in my neighborhood. I would definitely be a regular!

Super cute shop and their signature drinks are super fun!!! The white Hayes is honestly incredible!

Edit: came here a second time to try more fun drinks, if you are a Harry potter fan, please please try the butter beer, not even exaggerating, 100 times better than the version at universal studio!!!!!

Raising hand, self admitted coffee snob. This coffee shop is phenomenal. If you love good espresso drinks, friendly service, awesome art vibe, and damn good biscotti - come here. Only here.
