This location in kitty hawk is trash. We have been to locations from williamsburg to myrtle beach and they have been great. All the food was cold. You couldn't even get the meat out of the crab legs. Cold and poorly prepared. We spent about 12 minutes there.Until finally , we were just fed up with the poor quality of the food. Luckily there is a cook out on the corner from the hotel , so at least we can eat before going to sleep. It's a sad day when you let a fast food joint beat you on quality of food.

Your Standard reply is less than satisfying
Your staff was made aware and just said there's nothing they can do about it.
No reply you have can justify the horrible dining experience that we had

Half the buffet needed to be refilled, and half was old and never changed in 2 hours that we were there. They needed more seafood choice's. I been to 3 of the 4 captain George's and this one is the worst

Where seafood goes to die!

Overcooked bland seafood served cold.
The desserts are horrific…. Do you think for 50 bucks a head they could at least have decent treats.

Great AYCE seafood buffet with snow crab clusters, all hot food was hot and delicious, all cold food was cold and yummy. There is a huge separate dessert bar with lots of selections. It was all very impressive, bring your appetite, and feast. Missing one star for food as sometimes a food pan was slow to be replaced, otherwise a great place to eat a special dinner.

It was a wonderful experience to dine for Thanksgiving at this location. I enjoyed the traditional Thanksgiving items along with the usual buffet fare. Everything I ate was pretty good.

Went for their thanksgiving buffet a few days ago. I have had better meals at the Golden Corral for a third of the price. Spent so much money to go there and the whole family left unsatisfied and hungry because we barely ate the food. Staff was very friendly and attentive, very clean and nice atmosphere. Food was below subpar.

Pretty good but one big thing, there were kids at the table beside me spitting food and making a cake tower in the bucket for crab legs. Lost my appetite but it’s okay because they did it tall. I’ll put a pic of the tower and a reaction pic to the food below.
