I live in Virginia Beach. I can say this is way better than Virginia Beach, in terms of food quality etc, their seafood is not at all salty unlike the one in Virginia Beach, which is my favorite part in this Captain George location in NC. I want to come back here again even tho its quite a drive for me

This is my husbands favorite restaurant. We come to the Outer Banks for his birthday (April 14th) every year and sometimes in between to eat at Captain George's and enjoy the ocean views. We had the most amazing service. Melva and Stephanie were wonderful...very pleasant and attentive. This made our experience very special. We look forward to returning soon.

The food was absolutely horrible. Peel and eat shrimp sat so long in the pan. The shell was almost glued to the shrimp. The crab legs were mushy. The only thing halfway decent was the artifical crab and scallops mixed together drowned in butter. I mean who can screw up a frozen dinner roll. An Absolute let down come on yal can do better than this. What happened to NC pride. People don't mind paying for a good product.

HUGE BUFFET!! Great food! Wonderful flavors, fresh seafood! I had a burger and that was scrumptious!! Great fries! The food I have 4 stars because the butter and cocktail sauce was extremely watered down.Our server Jan, was the absolute best! So kind, genuine and so very helpful with our daughter and her fiancé looking for venues and food. We felt like we were her family! Thank you Jan! You made our trip!

WOW. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! Bridget and her partner were so sweet and the other employees were constantly ON IT! Our glasses were NEVER empty and our table was NEVER full of plates (they are amazing at “pre busting”). I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this restaurant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Very expensive for the quality of food. It's very different from Captain George's that I am used to. It did not compare to the Captain George's, which is located in Williamsburg, Virginia.
