Had a really excellent brunch style breakfast...pancakes, French toast, eggs, bacon, hash browns with bananas and whipped cream on the side. Wow. Everything was super. The hot sauces are great too. Outstanding service even though the place was crowded. My only complaint is the place is kind of cramped and noisy but that's obviously how their customers like it!

After a poor first impression, the owner reached out to learn about the interaction. Being offered a discounted meal, our family visited and received excellent service, absolutely delicious food, and incredible generosity from our wait staff and Jim (owner). We couldnt get enough of the appetizers and seafood dishes! Clarity and an apology was also provided by the employee from the poor initial interaction. As a family with a rental home in Duck, we will absolutely be recommending Chilli Peppers Coastal Grill to all our renters!

Food is not that great for the price you pay. I'd stick to ordering alcoholic beverages. Nice environment and our waitress was great.

We went for Sunday brunch based on a couple of suggestions and are happy we did! The house made bananas foster syrup - holy smokes - 10/10. She crab soup was really good. The tuna tartare tacos were good - the tuna had a lot of marinade on them - which made them a little wet, but also gave great flavor. The grits were good too!
