I have not experienced the bakery, however her customer service was impeccable!! She was not available the week I needed the cake because of such a short notice and her being out of town, however she offered several options and was so sorry she was not available!! I will definitely be using her because of her customer service!!

Had the absolute best birthday cake ever. She made us a gluten-free lemon cake and it was absolutely delicious. I have never tasted a gluten-free as delicious as this and a friend of ours was over and when we told her it was gluten-free she could not believe it. She said it was the best cake she had ever had. We will definitely be using her again and again. It’s a bit of a drive for us but well worth it.

Amazing salted carmel chocolate cake! We were traveling on vacation over my husband's birthday. I reached out to Loralei before our trip, to see if we could arrange to pick up a cake as we arrived in the Outer Banks. Loralei was so helpful and accommodating and made the long distance coordination of cake ordering a breeze. We'll definitely request some sweet treats with Loralei the next time we come to OBX!

When you can't be with your loved one on their special day---send them a cake from Loralei! Loralei's website was very helpful in picking out the flavors and style. We set up the cake specifics and delivery instructions over email. She sent an electronic invoice and delivered the cake (for a fee) to the Corolla area. She was quick to respond to my requests and made a beautiful celebratory cake to my specs!
