Open only 2 weeks but already pleasing the masses with great cook out classics! The service was exceptional and the staff very pleasant! Can't imagine how crazy this location will be in season considering we were there after Thanksgiving and they slammed then with the drive thru backed up to the street entrance.

seriously would give a five stars if it wasn’t for I just paid $10 for the Dorito taco and got three chips in my bag. And hardly any meat. I would’ve left a lower review if it wasn’t for it taste was actually really really good .but no lie I seriously have three chips in my Doritos in the bag I mean, come on. I was really disappointed. I normally have no issues with cookout but that sucked . I was bad enough that I actually decided to leave a review

Good variety of food. So far everything is pretty good. The trays are cheap for a meal of anything and it's decent. I don't know why there are people crying on here.

Very nice inside.Food comes quick the drive through is kinda tight its very nicely organized inside and very good food and shakes.
First time going into Cookout. Ate inside. Loved the cashier Abraham, so polite! When I sat down to eat I was disturbed by the conversation of the 3 young ladies behind the counter. LUCKILY no kids were in the building but one girl was dropping f bombs all over the place about her personal business… overall everything else was pleasant but I’ll be just going through the drive through from now on especially with my kids.

So glad this North Carolina classic chain fast food is here. The building (old Burger King) was renovated beautifully and with unique decor to the obx, it’s a one of kind Cook Out. Food is always solid and milkshake menu is off the charts good with tons of selection. I don’t really understand the negative reviews. One person said the place is too bright, the very next person said it is dimly let. Pretty ridiculous reviews, maybe Wendy’s management next door leaving those. On this trip I just got the BBQ, it’s great with the Texas Pete on it (another classic Carolina brand) and the peanut butter Oreo shake. This place was clean and service was great. It’s standard Cook Out with obx twist…
