I just don't get why people love it, maybe its for kids. Yes they are fresh made but just sugar bomb donuts. I would not eat here again.

I got 6 donuts yesterday & they were not the norm for Duck Donuts. They were small and tasteless. Very disappointed. Almost tasted old!

I was really excited to try Duck Donuts so I took my daughter to the Kill Devil Hills location and it was the worst experience. Not a single greeting, and I don’t know if the young girl working there is going through something, but she didn’t look up from her phone until I said something after standing there for 5 minutes. She didn’t say anything and had the rudest attitude. She threw our donuts together, basically slammed our box down and before I could say thank you she already turned around and walked away. There were 2 other workers there, an older man, and an older woman and none of them said a single word to us either.

Automated/impersonal feel to the place. Everything is wide open so it feels like you are loitering in a garage space. Donut flavors were very creative, but messy/gooey as hell. Pricey for a quick Donut. Glad I tried it and they do have a unique taste.
