I just left the store ordered a vanilla bean coolatta with caramel and I donut. Pull up to the window the guy gets me the wrong drink. Then has me drive around without giving me my change I have to go inside to get my change then I stand there and watch them make my drink and they reuse the same cup just pour it out in the sink!! When I ask her is that what she did she told me yes. When I asked to speak to the manager he was very rude and tried to make me take another drink after watching how unsanitary their routine was. I am just aggravated at this point and just want my money back. They're in there speaking a whole nother language other than English in front of their customers the manager cops and attitude and goes to the back. Not only was this very unsanitary but it was also very rude I will continue to use the one in nags Head but I will never step foot and this one again!!
Parking: There is no parking if the lining dry through it was backed up. If you do get parked expect to take 5 minutes trying to get out because of the drive-thru line

I had to change my rating to one star....it's cool when a order is messed up no biggie, I was willing to pay for the mini bagels this morning but glad I didn't....they smell and taste like they were soaked or sprayed with a chemical, first time I've experienced this. I hope I don't get sick and feel like this was pay back for pointing out there was a mistake. I stop here often but never will again and it disappoints me this happened because I've been in the service industry and I wasn't rude about pointing out a mistake. I'll warn my friends to not go to this specific location. The people working aren't even rude, however, I don't trust spending money on something here again.

Check your freaking expiration dates, Dunkin! We have multiple times gotten drinks from this location with milk or creamer that had gone bad and more than once I have thrown out a sandwich I had one or two bites from because it had a weird taste. Today was the last straw. My husband got a chorizo wrap and ate half of it before he realized it was bad ( he thought that they had messed up the order and given him a different flavor wrap he hadnât had before).
Now he has food poisoning, ruining our holiday weekend. I had one bite of it and even my stomach feels a little sour. The bad food/drink from here has consistently happened on Sundays (vacation change out days). I donât know if this is you trying to toss your bad food at departing vacationers you think you wonât have to deal with or just a very unfortunate coincidence but this is completely unacceptable! I thought America was supposed to run on Dunkin, not GET the runs from it!
