Wow has this place gone downhill! If you're gonna skimp out on the fries you've completely eliminated the whole reason for buying the overpriced burger and shake. Cookout just opened next door, you should be upping your game, not dropping the ball. Last time at 5 guys!

Very good burgers, fries and shakes. The staff is friendly and works hard getting orders out. Food portions are great with more fries than most folks can eat. Our local 5 Guys could use a bit more cleaning as far a tables but the staff never stops working and seem to try to keep up but they appear shirt staffed. The floors are slippery sometimes.

The food wasn’t cooked all the way through. The service at the front, the guy was very rude and disrespectful to my husband and his friend. I took a picture of the receipt of the guys name who was rude. I do not recommend this place.

The food was delicious! Unfortunately, the manager on duty with the red lipstick was incredibly rude when a cashier asked for change for his drawer. Disappointed that everyone had to hear the words she said. Be better to those who work under you, or speak with them privately. Sad.
