I have to update this last time I reviewed it was 6yrs ago.This used to be the place to go get a good burger and fries, now after my last visit I have to say was the worst I've ever experienced here. Burger was small and really dry, cheese was cold and not melted, service was ok, it's fine way down hill.Unfortunately, that was probably my last time there.Good luck if you go. Maybe it was just a bad day.Always a good burger and fries. Normally, good service sometimes you get people that just act like they don't want to be there, that's why this visit loses a star. Even if you don't want to be there, the customer does, and we are the reason you have a job, smile , say hello, and be more responsive to the customer.

My wife and I have been to 5 Guys many times. Before this weekend, our last prior visit was about 2 months ago. On this visit, the hamburger patties seemed small. The toppings overwhelmed the small pattie on both of our burgers. I am talking about smaller than the bun and thin. Also, there seemed to be fewer fries in our regular sized fry order. It left my wife and I wondering if 5 Guys had made purposeful changes to save $ vice raising prices again. Whatever the reason, we had a less than satisfactory experience on this visit, not what we normally expect at 5 Guys,
