I mean, the ice cream was "okay" but I personally enjoy a creamier homemade ice cream and this was pretty solid until it started melting. The flavors were unique but honestly had a hard time picking, just wasn't my cup a tea. Excellent customer service though and clean environment.

So delicious!! I want to try every flavor here! I got a cookie monster in a waffle cone. The ice cream is made with 14% heavy cream so if you have a sensitive stomach, do be cautious. They do have other options as well. I love their theme and can't wait to come back again soon and try an ice cream panini!

Good little ice cream place with a great variety of flavors-some pretty unique like strawberry cactus (which was delicious). Small outdoor seating area that’s unsurprisingly a bit sticky.

Two years ago my family came to Nags Head for the 1st time. It’s become a tradition to go to Holy Cow for dessert every year now. The ice cream is GREAT and the owners are great people! Love supporting this business and can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you Holy Cow Creamery for always making our family vacation feel even more special!

Place was clean gets three stars cause was loaded with toppings which was good, but ice cream itself had no flavor. Tasted like it was made with 1% milk. Maybe there's other great flavors but the Cookie Monster, holy cow, and west third coffee all pretty average.

Busy and be prepared for line but it is worth. We tried tons of flavors on that day and every face five stars. I tried lemon and strawberry cheese and both were out of this world. Wanted to try several others. Stop in if you are in town!
