What kind of a burger restaurant has no lettuce and tomato available for the burgers? That’s Jack Brown’s. You’d think that they could send someone to the store. Small overcooked burgers. Only a slice of pickle comes with it. No napkins other than cocktail napkins.

Hamburgers are the best around and the bottles of JB Sauce are ridiculous, and make it worth it every time.

The only reason I gave it four stars was because I love lettuce and tomato but it helps. Keep the prices down and they’re awesome burgers without it. It’s just my personal preference.!! how many⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jack Brown's never disappoints!
I'm pulling up there was people everywhere the place was packed people standing outside look like it'd be like a two hour wait we gave her a name. They said probably 45 minutes so we ran around the corner for a minute and we got a text that our table is ready in 10 minutes . We were pleasantly surprised! Got back and got seated right away. Our waitress was right there seeing if we wanted water and drinks we were pleasantly surprised to see that they have added canned drinks such as high noons and seltzer since the last time we were there.
We put an order in of the fried pickles, which were absolutely delicious. We all got our burgers cooked to perfection and we left happy people.
The only struggle of the whole night is parking. There are not a lot of places to park and if you drive a big truck like I do, you have even less options, but we made it work.
Go see Jack and have a burger or get takeout if you don’t wanna wait!

This is our favorite meal in OBX every time! The cobra Kai is insanely good. I could live solely off of the sweet potato fries. We think about this place all year long until our summer vacation rolls around.

We brought a group of 9 in on a Saturday for lunch. We were sat in less than 5 minutes. They even moved tables for us. The staff was fun, polite and quick. Food was delicious!! Had inside and outside options and sports on several tvs. 10/10 would go again (minus the kids and probably later at night 😉) Draft beer list was a great variety and mine came out cold-cold.

A male bartender was unbelievably rude. He even stated this is why I hate summertime dealing with these people.
The food was good, just beware of the extreme attitude you get from the bartender if it’s a guy and you need to order food to eat outside.

We had so much fun here, we stopped twice during the week... once for lunch, once for date night (no food, just SILENT FREAKING DISCO NIGHT!). Beer selection is just okay, changes a lot, you'll find something. Def go for Silent Disco, so much fun! Parking's tough sometimes, but easy walk from other parking places.

The live band was incredible, the people are great (generally a 20 somethings crowd) only “downside” is the bartender because they are perfect and you will end up tipping way more than you need to

Every year we meet up here while waiting for the text that our rental is ready. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Gets packed early on check-in day.

Terrible! Tried to dine in, was told 45 min wait (understandable family of 10) they tried to sit us out front in a wind storm, moved outback. Wouldn’t take our order in person in the restaurant, had to go out back and order online. We were put on a waiting list for an inside table, our food came out and when we went inside to grab it (our waitlist timer was at 0 min) there was a table open for 10 but was told we wouldn’t fit (we were all at a much smaller picnic table out back at the time) then told now that out to go order order was ready they couldn’t give use the table. Per the owner (which the hostess apologized for half a dozen time for) then as my wife was leaving the bathroom with my daughter they over heard the hostess complaining about me (the guy that chose this place and covering 3 families) to a waitress. Will not be back.

Came for lunch on the date above. This is a burger joint that specializes in that and fried Oreos. The decor is unique with the bills on the wall, the bras hanging from the ceiling, and the black light hallway. There is a patio and area for live music too. I am guessing this is a happening place at peak times of year.

I got the Cowboy Burger. Comes with a pickle spear. It is BBQ sauce, bacon, and cheese. That's it. Upon receiving said burger, it looked flimsy and simple. Ah, but the combination is excellent. The beef was fantastic, and I wish I could describe what made this different. It was juicy and flavorful . The book cover adage applied. The burgers are great.

Fries are separate, and we got an order of these. They are ok

We found service a tad slow initially (looked understaffed) , but food came out quickly, and it picked up upon receiving drinks.

The burgers are good.

This place may have the best burgers we’ve ever had. The burgers are HOT, juicy, and tasty. I was skeptical with no LTO option, but after the meal, I can understand why it is not needed. The JB sauce is amazing with both the fries and the burgers.
I would go here multiple times a week if I could. Definitely give your tastebuds a treat and go here when in OBX.
