The menu was small but everyone could find something they liked in the restaurant. The service was quick and the food was tasty. Would definitely go back again.
I've been here probably 3 times and the burgers were VERY good at first. This last time, my burger was overly-slathered in BBQ sauce such that I couldn't really taste the burger at all. Which is a shame because they use Waygu beef which is very tasty!Two people in our group ordered the burger with the mac and cheese on top. One said they didn't put as much on as they used to but it was still fine. The other said they put on about 1/2 tablespoon of Mac and cheese. Seems like more consistency in the kitchen (training) would be good.I really like that the burgers and bun are steamed and arrive to your table piping hot. Fries are nice and crispy and the JB sauce is amazing!

Deliciously well-prepared food. Service was ok but not what I have experienced in the past. Not a lot of people there, so was expecting much better service. Will definitely return. Draft beer choices were ok, and the World Stout was good.

Probably the best burger I’ve had in my life. The house sauce was BOMBBB and our server (I *believe* her name was Gracie) was so sweet!! The burger was the perfect size and didn’t make me feel heavy after like a lot of burgers do. Definitelyy recommend ?

Staff is chill, food is great.If you've never been to a Jack Brown's here's what to expect. The staff is friendly but don't push your luck. There's a plethora of beer, and the walls are covered in beer stickers. There are dollar bills all over the walls and sometimes they say colorful things. If you are easily offended and want everything rated PG this *might* not be the place for you. They don't serve burgers with lettuce or tomato. If you want to byo burger it's gonna be basic.That being said, get a burger off the menu, you won't be disappointed. Even the one with peanut butter is pretty damn good. I'm personally addicted to the cobra kai (cream cheese, jalapeno and pepper jelly). It's a great place for a quick and delicious lunch or to grab beers and hang.
Dive-y which was cool BUT i specifically asked for anything besides american cheese on it (which was discussed with the server) and I still got american cheese. Ruined my food and made me regret coming here. Not a wide variety of choices on the burgers to begin with. If you’re not gung-ho about ANY burgers in general, i’d say skip this place. The food would be great if we were drunk—drink menu was pretty cool though they had an unfiltered cider and my favorite schilling. Not a good restaurant. Will not be coming back!!! Spare yourself if you’re trying to get a decent meal, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
