If you want authentic Mexican food this little place is where you’ll find it. They had the pastries that I grew up eating in San Diego, I stop by here and load up on them every year before going home. There isn’t much inside or outdoor seating but to get authentic food it’s worth picking up to go.
It’s was just ok. They don’t double up the corn tortilla tacos & they fall apart very easily. They put cheese on seafood, which is a no and the chicken is shredded not grilled.
Lengua (tongue) taco was good, chorizo taco was good, their salsas are also good.

I got a shrimp burrito and chicken quesadilla. the food was really good. only complaint is the guy at the register somehow charged me twice for the food, but I don’t think it was his fault because he showed me the “transaction declined” receipt so i’ll have to figure that out somehow. besides that 10/10 food was very flavorful and made fresh to order.
