I ordered a SEC and BEC sandwich, as well as a cream cheese danish and a honeybun. SEC sandwich was very greasy and a little spicy. I would rate it 3.5/5 BEC sandwich was pretty good. Good quality bread for both sandwiches. 4/5 Cream Cheese Danish 5/5 Honeybun was a little more firm than I expected. A couple seconds in the microwave would make it great. 3.7/5

Holy moly!!! The savory sweet wall of amazing smells when you walk in. Wow. A great bakery, watched folks stock up on pretzel bread, herby focaccia, and little stuffed pretzel melty sandwich deals (Dad kept asking his kid if he was sure he didn't want one, ordered two anyway...clearly not going to share later.) The doughnuts and danishes were amazing. The Boston Crème was absolutely delicious. The doughnut was light and airy, but with just enough bite to the dough, the crème was lusciously creamy and lightly sweet, the chocolate delicious. Perfect. It all pales in comparison to the sandwiches. The buns are a work of art. A deep brown crust that's light and soft on the tooth forms a high dome of lightly buttery richness on the verge of croissantiness but still comfortingly tender like a soft white bread. I had the sweet and spicy chicken schnitzel. Amazing. A bit of a surprising level of spice that builds and builds as you devour the piping hot, perfectly crispy chicken. A perfect piece of flattened and breaded fried chicken, juicy, tender, and bursting with juices at every bite. The breading is substantial, well seasoned, and deliciously light and crispy. Piled with grilled onions dripping with the sweet and spicy sauce that made me start to sweat by half way through. A spectacular sandwich on every level. My son had the Cajun chicken sandwich and insisted his was better! I'm planning on being at the door when they open in the morning for doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches. You better believe I'm eating lunch here tomorrow. Only down side is no indoor seating and they close after lunch! Proof has a to-go, storefront vibe, not a sit down restaurant. There is seating out front but it's definitely counter service. Friendly people. Prompt service. Can't recommend it enough. I assume it's a madhouse during the summers. So, so, so, good!

Delicious! We had a big group, so sampled several pastries and donuts. Everything was wonderful but the croissants were stellar. Definitely worth it.

I didn’t know about this place until last year, when my wife brought me a pecan sticky. I've lived here 23 years hahaha. This place is Amazing, from the breakfast sandwiches, pastries, and their burgers. It's our weekend morning go to.

This is my favorite Bakery EVER! Everything is made from scratch! The brown butter pear and marscapone pastry is phenomenal as is the cheese danish, pecan cinnamon bun and everything they make!! They also have fresh baked breads, donuts and a grill that makes breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Delicious!!Wheelchair accessibility: Two spots right beside the door. No stairs.
This little shop just happened to be pretty much right across the busy highway from our beach rental. We tried donuts and the wonderful croissants. Went every day of our trip, everything was so good and service was quick and very friendly! We had planned to go for lunch and try the pretzels but we were never in the area at the time. Give this place a try, it is sooo good!

Great breakfast sandwiches and pastry, but the service has been lacking the last few visits. They open at 7 but don’t expect any food till after 7:40 which begs the question why open at 7?? I have never seen a bakery open with nothing to serve! These last visits they have not been able to serve multiple items on the menu for various reasons. If certain foods aren’t available at certain times then it would be nice if that was noted on the menu. To top it off after waiting so long my coffee cup got soggy and spilled all through my car. Seems like they are more interested in tourists business than working locals

I really wanted to love this place. Everything looks wonderful there. Unfortunately a couple hours after eating there I got really bad stomach cramps and then severe diarrhea. I had the cheese Danish, it was really good, but for some reason caused trouble later. I hadn’t eaten anything else so I know it was the Danish. I will probably go again some day, but will pick something else to eat.
