Came here for breakfast while on vacation. Food was absolutely amazing and everyone was so nice to us. Pancakes are the best I’ve ever had. 100% would come back here if we come back to

Ate here twice while in town. Food was decent for the price, but both times the amount withdrawn from my debit account did not match the receipt. Withdraw was $1.61 more for one and $1.09 for the other. Have both receipts to verify. Hope they are not trying to rip off out-of-towners

If you don't make the time to come here, there's something very, very wrong with you....... Less expensive than going to taco Bell and you're having real fresh made food...... I can't explain how delicious it is......

The food is absolutely delicious! There is a little bit of a wait usually, but not too bad. The prices can get a little higher, especially if you start to add things. It was our first time so we weren't sure of the best way to order to get the best deal. You order in a cafeteria style line. My grandson wanted to add banana slices to his pancake. We later realized it was $2.95 for a few slices of banana. We added chocolate chips to it also and there were perhaps a 1/2 TBSP of chocolate chips and that was $2.95. That was probably on us for not asking the price or finding a pancake on menu board that maybe came with those items already, but it was so crowded and we were trying not to hold up the line. Our breakfast bill came to $100 with 3 adults and 2 children. 1 adult drank coffee, 1 child drank juice and the other 3 of us drank water in cups. Even though it's serve yourself they do refill your water and coffee so we left a 20%tip. It ended up being a pretty expensive breakfast, at least for what we're used to. Saying all that, would we go back? Absolutely! It was delicious food, worth the price. Just be aware of that and if your kiddos waste food don't add on stuff they won't eat. Look up the menu before you go and know what you want and see the ala carte prices. The staff was friendly and kept our waters full and the coffee cup full. This is the best breakfast food we have had so far in our 8 years going to the area.

Took the grandkids here for breakfast. Excellent service. Multiple checks for coffee refills. Food was on the table in almost no time at all. Hot, fresh, and delicious. We were really entertained by the phrases on the walls and ceiling. We will go back on our next beach trip.
First of all, the food is really good but at the price you expect decent service. The guy taking my order did not put in 2 of the 5 orders I placed for my family. Then when we got the food and noticed it missing one of the waiters gave us a wicked attitude about it and hastily put in an order and charged us for the missing food. I’m fine being charged but the attitude sucked because it was not our fault THEY did not get our order correct. In today’s economy, it’s hard to spend $50 on breakfast and when the service is awful you feel like you should have saved your money and just made some at home.I will not return here as a result.

A must visit every trip to the OBX for the last 8 years...food is great..staff is helpful and friendly..can't wait to come back and Stack em'
The two things we didn't like. One cheese sauce used in the omelet was not good. The toast was hardly toasted it might have been cheaper for business to throw two pieces of bread on the plate because that's what it basically was. Over all this place has good food good corn beef hash and I would recommend. They just need to tweak what they do a little.
