we only went here because the drive thru starbucks down the street didn’t have strawberry açaí to make a pink drink. went inside and was not greeted. the 2 girls working there looked MISERABLE. no hello, no how are you, no smiles, literally just “what can i get you” and wasn’t even looking at me when she said that. i asked for a pink drink with light ice and light coconut milk. she added the light ice modification but NOT the light coconut milk. i don’t like my pink drinks milky. she made my drink and it wasn’t filled all the way up. none of the other drinks were filled all the way up either. what’s the issue with that? overall, won’t be back. i’d go to dunkin instead. bad vibes, miserable workers, drink made wrong, NOT happy.

This Starbucks has a cute seating area right out front… BUT, I wish it had power outlets on the wall outdoors so I could remain out there the entire visit when using my laptop. ?
Trainer did not show up to work. No one knew how to do the job! Struggled to get my money refunded. Was not able to get my rewards points refunded. Very bad experience!!
