The air conditioning was set so low that it was uncomfortable to sit inside for more than a few minutes. It felt more like a freezer than a cozy coffee shop.
This is a place meant for people to enjoy their drinks, work, or relax, but with the temperature so cold, it was almost impossible to stay and enjoy my time there. I hope they adjust the AC to create a more welcoming atmosphere for customers.

I asked to see a Racoon cake pop so I can buy it, along with the rest of my order. Luke told me “it would be a waste of our time to show you because we’re trying to get through a peak time”. When I asked to speak to a manager “Jackie”, I was told she’s too busy. Luke literally said it would be a waste of his time. Who says that. At Starbucks? Where I pay $8 for a coffee?
This is utter bs. I’ve been going to Starbucks across the country my whole life and I’ve never had such a rude and ridiculous experience.
You can take 5 seconds to show me a $4 cake pop.
Yall need to retrain and do better.

3rd time they have gotten my order wrong and tried to argue with me about it. Just go to Kitty Hawk or Target if you want to get what you pay for. Just admit when you made a mistake instead of trying to argue about it. I have never had this issue at any other location down here and we live here full time and visit frequently.

I made a mobile order, when I gor ro the store I realized the order gave me an estimate time of 30 minutes, when I asked the cashier I wanted to cancel my order cause I couldn't wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee her answer was.."oh 30 minutes is normal everywhere" I never had to wait 30 minutes for a cup of coffee before

Hopefully this google review will catch their attention...talking to them in person doesn't seem to work. About 60% of the time, they get the order wrong. I usually order only one or two drinks. Simple orders...but usually wrong. Then alot of flack from employee...iced coffee comes hot...espresso only comes over ice with milk...unsweet comes sweet...and more. Not worth the hassle. Simple drinks that rarely come back as ordered...with alot of back talk. sheesh...it's just coffee. Please pay attention in operations. TY

Took half an hour. My name was called on my final drink, I went up and asked for a drink tray..
Was absolutely ignored, so I grabbed one from behind the line in the corner, she came over quick, "sir they're right here" throwing 2 onto the counter.
Like sorry you had to work on a nice Sunday, she made it very obvious she didn't want to be there, I'll go to the harris teeter or target location in the fututre.
