This Starbucks in Kill Devil Hills was very good. I'm talking about the service. Employees were on point and very social. Their interaction with the customers was outstanding. As far as coffee, all Starbucks are the same.

I literally don’t come to Starbucks, but it’s my birthday so I wanted to take on the whole free Starbucks drink reward and I did a mobile order and when I went to pick up my drink, it was completely incorrect and the lady at the window was very rude and was basically trying to rush me out of the drive-thru Needless to say this is why I don’t drink Starbucks and probably won’t be going back again but just a heads up to anybody going to use a birthday reward be careful what you order because it seems like they can only handle the basic drinks anything beyond that you’re kind of flipping a coin for..
Went through the drive thru. Ordered 1 small white mocha latte, was told that they no longer have that but they could build it and there would be an additional charge. I agreed. Was told that my order was $7.50. I get to the window and waited longer than usual but I guess that they were building my coffee. Handed the girl at the window my bank card. Moments later a lady came to give me a large frozen coffee I didn't take it, because it was wrong. I said the order was for a small white mocha latte, that person ask if it was a hot or cold. I said hot. Coffee was ready a few mins later. They apologized for the mistake and gave us a gift card for a free beverage due to the misunderstanding. That was nice of them.

Not quite sure why I came to look at google reviews today but here I am.
I have religiously gone to this location practically every day since it opened. I was a frequent regular at the Kitty Hawk Location prior. I truly love the staff and both stores - the Drive Thru though is uber convenient and therefore this has become my main store. Needless to say, this store hits on point every day! I’ve had one bad coffee since they opened and it was 3ish in the afternoon and can tell the coffee was just old. They immediately remade it no questions asked, apologized, and even gave us a couple free baked goods which I declined and they insisted.
10/10 staff 10/10 Coffee 10/10 Everything!
My only complaint is with Starbucks corporate - bring back the dag on Irish Cream Syrup!
