The red curry (chicken) was about the best I've had anywhere. Service was great. Mai Tais were average. Looks like it gets really crowded later in the evening.

Last day of our vacation came here for late lunch. Started by sharing an order of summer rolls with shrimp. Explosion of fresh crispy veg and shrimp. Husband had pad Thai and loved its unique but slightly spicy sauce. I ordered the Thai Room omelette and omg!! Insanely delicious, thai ground sausage, fresh snow peas, mushroom, peas, and egg omelette- had a wonderful sauce slightly sweet but totally Thai delicious. Highly recommend.

Cute little Thai restaurant near the beach. I went to the thrift store next door and ended up having an awesome lunch. Red Chicken Curry, Thai Hot. It was delicious.

It's refreshing to find Thai Cuisine in the Outer Banks area. So naturally, we had to stop by and try it out. Their menu offers a diverse selection of curries, and stir fried dishes. Choosing which ones to order can be challenging as it was hard to decide between all of the offerings.
The entrees came out in large portions, and was timely. Staff was attentive and helpful. Their dining area has plenty of tables and seating, and offers a good atmosphere. So if you like Thai Cuisine and happens to be in the Outer Banks area, you need to try out this place.

This is by far one of the best restaurants at the beach. My dad took us here about 20 years ago and it was phenomenal. The food hasn't changed a bit. The owners are always so kind.

I would give 100 stars if it was an option. Hands down the best food on the beach. I would go everyday if It was up to me. Staff are all extremely friendly, fast, and all around awesome. The food will blow your taste buds away with delicious flavors and I promise you'll want to go back asap.

We were in town and decided we wanted some Asian food, and this was close to our hotel.
We were seated immediately, our order taken quickly and we had our food within 10 minutes from walking in the door!
We shared an appetizer and an entree. There was enough food for both of us, and it was very tasty and not too spicy.
The service was excellent as well.

The Thai Room is my favorite Thai restaurant. The Panang and Massaman curries are amazing, the chicken satay is always good, and the pad Thai is full of veggies (and not dry!) I’ve been eating here since I was a kid and it’s always excellent.

We've been coming to the Outer Banks for years, and having lunch at the Thai Room is always one of our favorite parts of vacation. The drunken noodles and Thai Room fried rice are out of this world!
