The food isn't great. Often very sloppy. Every time I order here everyone that works here is so apathetic. And nobody speaks English? It's impossible to communicate beyond the most basic of drive thru orders. I love Wendy's but this location and even the other one in kitty hawk are just not it. I dont understand why everyone that works there hates it and why the food keeps getting worse and more expensive.

This was our first stop on our way to the grocery store in the morning. We were attracted to it because of the old Nostalgia Wendy's buildings. Service was quick and fast. Food was piping hot and tasted great. Only Downer was looking up at the ceiling and seeing the stuff around the vents. Other than that, great

At the beginning of visiting this location in kill devil hills NC I was actually very irritated because after I ordered the cashier kept repeating my order wrong...in her defense there was just a communication barrier. When she showed me the screen she actually had my order right but was just repeating it back wrong and I felt like a complete jerk afterwards and apologized for getting frustrated. The food was great I only gave the atmosphere a lower grade because their AC was not working so it was very hot in there . I applaud the staff for still working hard even with no AC in the middle of summer when the temp was 100 f that specific day and the heat index was 110

The BEST Wendy's I have ever been to and I have eaten at Wendy's in every state. I could only see like 4 people inside working and yet my entire order not only was 100% correct but came out completely fresh and hot. They even bagged the food extremely neat. The employees were super friendly and fast. These employees hands down deserve a huge raise. I highly recommend ordering on the app as well for drive thru it makes it faster! I see there are other reviews complaining nobody speaks English, but they speak it just fine and it wouldn't hurt yall to learn a little Spanish since none of yall want to work these jobs yourselves be thankful someone else is.

Dude that took my order seemed more interested in scrubbing the dam floor then helping me and when he did take my order he acted like I was diseased and he didn’t want to do it and didn’t even welcome me to the establishment at all. Only reason it even got a star is you can’t give zero stars and to top it off the dude didn’t have gloves on at all nasty for someone cleaning the dam floors

Food was fine. Dave's double and fries pretty consistent. Didn't have unsweetened tea in the lobby (I know I know. Most people drink sweet). Lobby AC or something was not working. It was a solid 85 degrees. I was breaking a sweat powering though my burger.

The food was decent and the staff was friendly, but we couldn’t help but notice a homeless man sitting outside the restaurant. It made the experience feel a bit heavy, and we hope the store is able to find ways to help or connect with local outreach programs. It’s a reminder of the reality outside our daily routine. The visit was okay, but moments like that put things in perspective.

I’m almost got food poison Actually, I think I did, I threw up my food. I was trying to get some good food before the water department my family. This literally made my mom sick for a very long time maybe a week or so terrible food there’s only one word that this place can be defined as.FOOD poisoning
