On my way to church I stopped by for a biscuit. I didn't expect to have to explain the earrings that the transgender working the front counter to my kids. I understand transgender and the world of make believe is the way of the future. My problem isn't necessarily that. But when they think it's ok to wear earrings that depict a nude woman, that's unacceptable. And management should not allow that. Seems like there would be some type of dress code! If it was a nightclub, then ok. But for a family atmosphere restaurant?? Not that you care Bojangles, I won't be back!

Everytime i come here they forget my sauce. litterlay every single time. i asked before i left the window they told me it was there, it was not. luckily i checked before i got home.
When i get back to the window i tell them, and they said “it should be in one of the box’s”
It wasn’t. i work in fast food too, do not check the customer- just give the sauce. because it simply was not in my bag, and this wasn’t the first time.

The new robot ordering in the drive thru is horrible. While ordering it kept asking if I wanted to try something and I had to pull up to the window to order my food.

Ai is taking your order !!!!!! Always a great breakfast . But this eve we came here and as these young guys are goofing off taking the trash out that left the back door wide open for a long time with a shovel stuck under it . Can I say Flys and bugs galore now have infiltrated the bojangles.

Waited 30 minutes while everyone else got thier food and ours was sitting there due to waiting for my chicken sandwich. However it was sitting in the window the whole time, cold as hell

We stopped by this bojangles on the way home tonight. We ordered our food and one they didn’t have any more eggs. Two the automated drive thru said there was no more dark meat. I asked to speak with an employee and she mentioned they in fact did have dark meat. We placed our order and our fries were cold. I asked for fresh fries and the employee had a visible attitude. Out of four meals they only replaced 2 fries. I went back and just asked for a refund and let them know they could toss the food. This was one of the worst interactions I’ve had.

This has been the best Bojangles we have been too. The bathrooms were clean. The food was hot and correct. We are as happy as a kid eating cake in Kmart! We will be coming back!

Two damn days in a row to a chicken place and they don't have chicken and when you ask why its because people have been ordering chicken. Go figure. Maybe try cooking some more. Who ever they have running the store at night is doing a horrible job
