Put in a large mobile order for my family. Went to pick it up to find out they had absolutely no fries. Ended up having to get nasty soggy Bo-rounds. Probably won't be back to the King NC location again.

Crazy how fast fast food has went down hill! Bojagles is the new hardees. No one is ever there, and their food is over priced for crap food! Do not waste your time.

If I could give less than a 1 I would, they are so incompetent at the king location, the can’t even do the curside pick up correctly, the app states to put ur parking space # in when you arrive after waiting over 10 minutes I had to go inside and ask where my order was she says did u call to let us know you were here, I said the app nor the sinage says to call but I did and no one answered, she then says our phone is not working, so I left with cold food and very aggravated with the king location yet again

The transgender guy working there got offended I called him a “Sir” and proceeded to be rude and mess every single thing up in my order. He should be fired

Says we can eat inside until 10p.m. but the doors are already shut and locked. Only drive thru is open. Change the sign bojangles.
On my way to church I stopped by for a biscuit. I didn't expect to have to explain the earrings that the transgender working the front counter to my kids. I understand transgender and the world of make believe is the way of the future. My problem isn't necessarily that. But when they think it's ok to wear earrings that depict a nude woman, that's unacceptable. And management should not allow that. Seems like there would be some type of dress code! If it was a nightclub, then ok. But for a family atmosphere restaurant?? Not that you care Bojangles, I won't be back!

Everytime i come here they forget my sauce. litterlay every single time. i asked before i left the window they told me it was there, it was not. luckily i checked before i got home.
When i get back to the window i tell them, and they said “it should be in one of the box’s”
It wasn’t. i work in fast food too, do not check the customer- just give the sauce. because it simply was not in my bag, and this wasn’t the first time.
