Went to this Burger King at 6pm and the food is just nasty! I don't know why I had to pull up and wait for my food because none of it was cooked fresh! The cheeseburger was not even a bit warm and the chicken nuggets have been sitting there for hours by the look and taste! Seriously, do y'all realize how expensive food is and to serve less than edible food!!

The bacon on the new Steak Bacon Burger was not fully cooked. No where near crispy, like we expected. Could have been much better if fully cooked.

I would not recommend this Burger King unfortunately, primarily because they will randomly lock the doors. Forcing you to go through the long drive-thru line. For example, I arrived on a Friday evening at 7:45 p.m. And the doors were locked.

Alan is always very friendly and makes sure my order is correct!! The only reason I give 4 stars is because sometimes they are understaffed and has long waits. Today the service was great and fast! The food is always good!

Every time you pull up the the speaker, they tell you to wait 9 outa 10 times. They not even busy, they got to be the slowest fast food in the area. Who ever is running this circus needs to get on the ball and get some people in there that can do the job.

Charged extra for up-size when they didn't ask if I wanted the lager size. Sandwich looked as though they sprayed the entire thing with grease. The outside of the wrapper was also covered in grease. If the people making and serving that mess cared about what they were selling they never would have served such a mess.

I'm writing this review from the Drive-thru, where I have been for 22 minutes with (1) car in front of me . The food is pretty good here (if you can achieve the monumental task of actually getting food). Honestly they should just close this place down. A 30 minute wait for (1 ) Whopper in a drive thru is utterly ridiculous. With Jersey Mike's literally 50 ft away ....I don't see a future for Burger King . Sad to see not a single employee gives a damn. Just close it .🤷

Great staff that work extra hard to give customers excellent customer service. Even though they were running around due to being short staffed, Misty was so nice and made sure my special order was just right. So impressed with the staff, service and quality of the food at this location! Will be back!
