I sat in line because the app wasn't working so I couldn't scan the stupid QR code but I had placed the order. Nobody asked me what was my order or anything and then when I tried to get their attention they just ignored me. The manager with the slicked back thinning hair needs to stop talking and pay attention.

Food, service, all fine. Ordering mobile thru and how and where they have cones set up in that lane is awful! I didn’t see my entire lane was blocked until the last minute because they have it blocked as soon as you turn the corner and the cars in the normal drive thru line can’t see what’s going on either (because right at the corner) so I had to wait for like 10 cars to go before I was able to merge over. Horrible horrible design.

I come thru for some chicken straps for my individual I support. Only chicken tenders he will eat. Always fast drive thru, and respectful staff. Keep up the good work.

Jon was awesome! He helped me get a 64ct nugget tray and got my order ready super fast. He even offered me plates and napkins, which was the best. I appreciate how quickly and professionally he helped me.
