If I could rate this place any lower I would!!! I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich tray and they gave me a dry grilled chicken sandwich. And found hair underneath fries.

Ordered 3 trays and a double burger, didn’t get the double burger and on top of that, didn’t give us a receipt. So we called to see if we could get a voucher or refund but since we never received the receipt there was nothing they could do for us apparently. Update: Just ate the food, pretty underwhelming tbh. Do not recommend this establishment specifically. I really don’t have a problem with cookouts as a whole, just this specific restaurant was quite underwhelming.

Went through drive through , and ask 3 pepper mint shakes and plain cheese burger and a plain chicken wrap , ?? I got 2 peppermint shakes and strawberry that I didn't ask for and chicken wrap had ranch on it that wasn't ordered either , I also got an attitude from the server who said I had 3 pepper mints when I confirmed one of them were strawberry , & I can say this much that I do not recommend anyone to go to this cookout in King NC . I got and attitude from 2 different people and the order was completely wrong.

This is my favorite fast food restaurant ever. The food is so good. The milkshakes are so good to. I always come here and it always makes me satisfied. Would recommend.
I had to say the order 6 times before she got it and it was still wrong i ordered the chicken quesadilla tray and got the jr tray I had a long day and all i wanted was my food and the food was bad as well

I ordered a cheeseburger tray and then headed down the road as I was delivering food. Had to turn around and tell them they didn't put cheese on my "Cheeseburger. They take the old one, and bring out another. I checked before I walked out, and there was STILL no cheese. First time I've ate today and this is the service/food I get.. finally they gave it back with cheese but terrible tasting meat and the patties were smaller than the first burger. The girl at the fron register very rudely asks, "Do you just want to put the cheese on yourself" Being starved and in a hurry, I had to just accept it. Never coming back.
