Ordered Okra w/ranch and a watermelon shake at the drive thru. Had to go inside to get ranch that was forgotten then left…then a few moments later I realized I didn’t have a straw. Come on guys. Simple stuff.

The food was nasty. The people at the restaurant were very rude. The garbage was sitting there in the garbage. could not put any garbage in at both inside and out was so full! will never eat there again nasty nasty!!!!
Cookout is such a value and consistent. Great shakes...missed the order n waited n then food was right but nothing on the burger...line too long to fix it so I ate what I had
