Good service. typical Dominos food. Take note this location has a smaller building they're operating out of compared to the other locations so there is no dining area to sit down at. No table or chairs and also no public bathroom. I had to pee like a race horse while i was waiting for my food so i walked across the parkinglot and used the bathroom in Lowes Foods.
It has been a while since we have had Domino's pizza. The online process was so simple. I appreciated that we had the option to pay once we arrived. We had one large with pepperoni and banana peppers. The other had BBQ sauce, chicken, and bacon. There is so much to compliment at the King site: the friendliness of the staff, the order being ready, the price point, and the flavor of the pizza. It was really good. Not sure what they put on the crust, but it sets it apart from the competition. Definitely have to give a huge shout-out to King's Domino's. Thank you for making our late night snack well worth it.

We ordered pizza last night,it wasn't here after an hour so husband calls and they delivered to wrong house.she said she left in the chair and left.my husband called and told them to reimburse to our debit card.so Domino's suck in my opinion!

Order 2 pan pizzas at 521 finally at 650 I get them waited for 10 minutes before anyone helped me which my pizzas were sitting. There when I came in.

I'm so tired of trying to order from this place. They have canceled two of my delivery orders because it was an hour before them closing and they said they couldn't make it in time at that point advertised no delivery orders within an hour of closing.

They just suck in general. They treat their customers like garbage and treat their employees worse. They blackmail their employees and just talk crap about them to everyone in a group chat. And not to mention that if their employees put in days off, months ahead of time, last minute they try to pull the “well I need you here” or “you can’t leave” and then let their ‘favorite employees’ off for that day last minute. The higher ups are vindictive, childish and need better work ethic. I feel bad for the ones who stay there and put up with the mess. I wouldn’t recommend to eat here Nor work here.

Have since tried again only to be disappointed futher. This time they got the order wrong and told me next order to call after placing order online and the pizzas that were wrong would be added. After ordering I tried but they wouldn't answer the phone. Finally as pizza arrives they answer and tell me I'll have to pay delivery on a pizza they screwed up to begin with. Since then I've been refused service and hung up on by the manager Cody. So I'm still out the 2 pizzas that they bumbled to start with and now being discriminated against for trying to be compensated for sub par service and product. Would HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!
Called and asked about the amount of pasta. I said it barely covers the bottom of tin. She says that's the way it comes sir, it's not for two people. There wasn't enough for a 3 year old. She continued to be very argumentative over the amount. So I screenshot their website pics and took one of what I got. Let the customers decide...

terrible customer service. The manager Cody was extremely confrontational about an issue that seemed from a previous order that was made incorrectly.
Was instructed that upon next online order just call in afterwards and they will add a free pizza to the order. placed the order but when I called I got the automated service saying the store was closed. the online tracker showed pizza being made and my account was debited the $. finally the call went through after the driver left the store. I was told I could get another pizza but would have to pay for delivery. now this was all to resolve a pizza made and delivered incorrectly. talk about multiplying a problem.
after voicing my discontent I was rudely told there's nothing he can do and then hung up on
I sure hope corporate fixes this store. after reading previous reviews it's been a problem for some time now

For a chain pizza place they are what you really want. Very consistent. It’s dominos so don’t expect the best pizza ever but it’s good and many other options. Normally won’t review these chain stores but King, NC dominos deserves praise for always doing a great job. For anyone in town Little Italy is a beautiful restarting but those that want a quick to go pizza that are fine with more Americanized pizza styles this is the place for you in King. DO NOT go to the Mount Airy site though. It’s the literal opposite of this site.
