We have been coming to this Domino's for the past 10 years. I have never had any issues with quality of the pizza. It's always so fresh and so yummy. Last night there was a slight mix up with my pizzas, easy mistake. Called to inform them only because the price difference between the one I received (cheese pizza) and the one I ordered(philly steak, bacon, parm sauce)They offered to remake it. I went to pick it up and was met with genuine apology and given some extra for coming back. They absolutely did not have to do that! Definitely the best Domino's around.

I ordered Dominoes from the internet today. I picked up my food but noticed I didn't have any sauce for my bread. I went back in and they said it no longer comes with sauce. Crazy, because the Dominoes website clearly shows the sauces you have to pick from. They said I could purchase one from them. I will never purchase anything from this location again. The pizza sucked! The chicken was dry. Truly a waste of time dealing with their incompetence!!

A friend of mine doordashed a XL deluxe. What we got was a XL SAUCE only pizza. Just sauce. We call to get it fixed, and the manager was zero help. Said the order âcame in that wayâ and weâd have to âcontact doordash to fix it.â (We tried that and they only offered FIVE dollars back on a 45$ order.) Anyway, we inform her that it was not ordered that way on our end, and would like the pizza replaced if possible. She puts us on hold, only to come back to repeat herself. Said if they made the pizza again weâd have to pay for it again. Which is ridiculous considering the situation, so we hung up. We understand it wasnât her fault if the order came out that way- nor was it ours. However, the most upsetting thing about the situation wasnât even the pizza, itâs the fact the manager had such poor service skills. She didnât even seem apologetic and just kept repeating the same stuff over and over which wasnât helpful at all. Iâve read some other recent reviews and to my surprise others have had issues with her. Not good management by any means and to top it off, we didnât get the pizza or money back..

Just picked up a pizza for my wife today. Went inside and was looked at by the five employees working, but wasnât acknowledged by any of them. I figured I would patiently wait since they were working on orders and there was about five waiting, even though I can see my wifeâs name on her pizza waiting on the rack, ready to go. After a few minutes a person walks in behind me and even though I am waiting at the counter they go around me and start asking them about their pickup. I only end up going here a couple times a year because itâs always something with this place.
