For a chain pizza place they are what you really want. Very consistent. It’s dominos so don’t expect the best pizza ever but it’s good and many other options. Normally won’t review these chain stores but King, NC dominos deserves praise for always doing a great job. For anyone in town Little Italy is a beautiful restarting but those that want a quick to go pizza that are fine with more Americanized pizza styles this is the place for you in King. DO NOT go to the Mount Airy site though. It’s the literal opposite of this site.

I am so tired of the dominos in king providing AWFUL customer service. They refuse to answer the phone or better yet they answer the phone, put you on hold, and forget about you. It is crazy. I am not sure if there is some company policy on not answering your phones when you don't want to, but that seems highly unlikely.

King Domino's is by far one the cleanest I've been in ..I know of folks that pass 2 to 3 other stores just to get their food from this local store...pizzas are on point everytive bee there..the staff are welcoming..other than work place cursing (that they apologized for) its my go to for fresh made pizza

The Parm Bites are the best. In previous years, the small pizzas were great. They used to deliver to my side of King but not now. And more often they not, they tend to forget to include a purchased sauce container or 20 oz drink.

I ordered two pizzas from there through the app. Both pizzas were the same except one was ordered with NO CHEESE. A few minutes later, a got a call from someone at the store wanting to clarify that I wanted no cheese. I said yes. She said so cheese on one and provolone on the other. I said no, one should not have any cheese at all. I thought that was settled and I was feeling good that they would not mess up my order. Well I thought wrong.When I got there and got my pizzas, I checked them both and both had cheese. With both box lids open and both pizzas in full view, I asked which pizza is supposed to NOT have cheese. Strangely, they were incapable of answering that question. One girl went to get the manager. The manager began shrieking "I called him and ask him..." before she even came into eyesight. She pointed to one of the pizzas screaming that it had no cheese on it. Spoiler alert: there was still cheese on the pizza. First she tried to tell me I was looking at dough. Now why would I be seeing dough on top of the toppings and the sauce? When I pointed out the obvious, she then pivoted to the story of "that's not cheese, that is provolone and you said that's what you wanted." I reminded her that I asked for no cheese at all. She reiterated that provolone isn't cheese. I'll let you readers ponder upon the amount asininity that it took yell that sentence with a straight face. I asked if she could just remake it correctly, she refused and told me that I don't have to eat those at all and I can just have my money back; which that was good because I wasn't going to pay for something (plus added tip) that was incorrect. She angrily poked holes through the keyboard buttons while processing my refund, still fussing about it the whole time. She did properly process my refund and didn't try to cheat me on it (it has happened before).FOR THE OWNERNeedless to say, I won't be returning and whoever the franchise owner is should really consider the type of people he/she has representing their business. A simple, "oh, I am sorry, let me remake this right quick" would have made a customer happy and made a repeat customer instead of a never again customer.

Called in to make delivery order for party of 20 and Shannon refused to allow me one second to gather thoughts. When I said hold on one sec and Gung up on me. After calling back she flat out cursed me out! I will never order there again!

Only because won't allow me to give Zero!!!Called, waited for 8 minutes on hold, asked Shannon to hold one sec so I could get order straight and she proceeded to let me know I would not call "her establishment" and put her on hold! After asking to speak to the manager Shannon stated she was the D.M. andthe only one working. Then SATAN took her over and started cursing me over the phone! Thanks Shannon, I'll send my business to Papa John's, they'll deliver with a smile and a kind word!!!

Let's start by Shannon. "I am the DM and the only one here". Sounds like a management problem to me. When calling back thinking we were forgot about, we asked to not be put on hold, we were then verbally assaulted by the "DM" -Shannon! Would not recommend this Restaraunt ever. Wish I could give zero.
