This was the worst experience ever! I not only got crazy bread that was not fully cooked, I got the cheese puffs that were hard as a brick, other thin crust pizza was old and dried out! Never again!

Picked up our order tonight. Pizza was not sliced and when I went to pull a slice from the box after slicing it myself it was breaking apart. Tasted just like a red baron pizza. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location

Ordered on line. Ordered a pizza and the crazy puffs party pack. Order was placed in the Pizza Portal near the bottom. I pulled out what I thought was my order. Got home (Danbury) and realized I was missing a box of the puffs. Called back and was told I had to come back today to get them. Otherwise, no refund and couldn’t pick up any other day. Last time I spend a penny here!
They never have anything ready doesn't matter what time a day you come u can expect to have to wait even if you call it in ahead of time. It's also either under or over cooked the crust always sucks and people aren't friendly at all. Getting someone to come to the front counter takes just as long as waiting on the pizza 🤦♀️

If i could leave negative i would. 1 pizza was soggy other was burnt. Manager was not friendly or worried about customer service. One of the back workers looked like they hadnt showered in months and shouldnt be handling food. This store has gone downhill. Never have hot n ready available. Product is declining. Raised their prices for crappy food. Wont be back.

Had a gift card the machine would nt read it. So the cashier would not punch the numbers in manually. She said could not do anything on her side. Sorry ass. So went to Oldtown at that Little Ceasars and they put it in manually. King Little Ceasars is a joke. They are sorry ass lazy people.

Very unprofessional what the manager did with here employee. He made a mistake and let it be known amongst all the customers that he messed up embarrassing him. That's stuff you need to do behind closed doors, it's not far to the employee. Made my stay here waiting for my pizza uncomfortable
