My wife and I were just looking for a reasonably priced dinner. We knew we didn't want fast food and we chose right! My boneless pork chops were seasoned just right and were delicious! My wife enjoyed the sautéed shrimp. Menu had so much to offer. We'll definitely be back next time we visit in the area.

This is a great little ninja family style joint. The joint has a classy look; come on in feel. The service was awesome. The food was great. This is a must stop.

We stopped in for a early dinner and enjoyed our meal. Very clean with a friendly staff, especially the waitress who waited on us. My wife had a vegetable plate and I had a 8 oz steak that was very tender and good. We'll definitely stop in again for a meal the next time we are in the area.

We have been eating at this restaurant since they opened. It started out with great food, a great value and a pleasant experience. However over the years there have been issues with service such as messed up orders, bad attitudes and bad service. When you complain there is an attitude for that. 2 days ago I ordered 2 of their pizzas for my daughter's birthday. When she got there to pick them up she was informed they were trying to find something to put a pizza in because they were out of boxes. They ended up putting the slices in the to go plates. This was horrible because the grease from the pizza that is usually absorbed by the box puddled up in the plates and was absorbed by the pizza. We ended up with a soggy nasty pizza that was disgusting. We did not call and complain because they had told her they would give us half off next time since they had already rung her up. So the next day we placed an order and reminded them they would give 50 percent off and the lady said ok. However when she got out there to pick it up they changed itto half off one pizza. We had an entire pizza, half our order for her birthday unedible and they refused to honor what they originally said. We spend around 150.00 weekly at this place. We will not go back.

Finally decided to try this place despite all the bad things I've heard just to find out that they show a full menu online but only offer what they choose for each day why even have a menu. Also they where very rude! Definitely won't be supporting this local business

It’s very rare that you find a local restaurant that has good local tap beer great service friendly people clean bathrooms clean restaurants and make their own sauces in house and the food was amazing 10 out of 10 for this place!

First and only time going I got the BBQ plate. My family got a variety of things like chicken and waffles ( which is apparently not offered anymore) , wings and chicken tenders. The BBQ plate that I got lacked flavor and tasted as if it came out of a can. The other fry-able things were decent. In my opinion this restaurant lacks consistency and flavor.

My wife and I ate here while visiting area. Country style format that had a good selection of foods. Sirloin tips over rice with green peppers, onions and brown gravy was very good. Large portions of steak. Potato salad and pickled beets were very good also. Don't serve bread with meal. Hostess was quick in seating, getting drink orders and bringing to table with a pleasant attitude. Waitress who brought food to table was terrible. Seemed to have an attitude about something. Only checked once about refilling drinks and that was when we were almost done and she still never came back to refill. One bad waitress doesn't spoil the overall good food we had. Would definitely go back if in the area again.
What a pleasant surprise!! Beer selection was right up my husbands alley. Appetizers were hot and tasty! Entrees were just as good! My husband recommends the burgers. Overall service was excellent food was excellent and all 10 minutes from our house!! I hope they like us because we’ll be back! Support local business!!First experience was great second one was awful!!They gave our appetizer to another table (not our waitresses fault)! Our food came out before our appetizer which was not the end of the world but our food was not okay!! I got the Philly cheesesteak which I’ve had before (was wonderful) and this one was a hot mess (not edible) it had no bottom! I also asked for onion rings but got fries. My husband got the catfish which was not fully cooked (very pink). Our waitress did all she could to make it right but the food is up to the kitchen!! I’m not sure what’s going on here but you all need to pull it together!!Haley you were very professional through this as well as the woman who came to talk to us.Haley hold your head up and know that we understand where the problem was!Kitchen and or management or both!!

I was wanting to try a new place, so I chose Mountain View Kitchen tonight. The cashier greeted me immediately and invited me to sit wherever I'd like. I reviewed the menu, asked questions about the specials, and finally ordered a couple of meals to go. Waiting for my food to be prepared, I noticed that many of the diners were treated as regulars, and the waitress was frequently making rounds to ensure everyone (including me) was comfortable and had everything we needed. One lady was called away unexpectedly, but she left some personal items at the bar with the waitress and cashier for safekeeping until she could return. They were very small-town considerate, even put our condiments on the side to ensure they didn't make our meals soggy on the ride home. The food was good & we look forward to trying more menu items in the future.
