I went to eat at Panda West in King, NC today. The woman that took my order was friendly and had very good customer service skills. I ordered roast pork with rice. The pork was going bad and tasted rotten. The rice tasted like it was days old. The restaurant didn't look very clean either. I would not recommend this restaurant. I think they should make the food fresh because it would give customers a better experience.

First of all, a child took my payment. I used to like it here. The gravy with my egg fu yung looked like dark syrup and tasted of heavy soy sauce.

Absolutely displeased with my experience here. Thought I would give them a second chance after my first visit was disappointing. I looked in my bag, and for my family size chicken and got a 2 oz sauce. I told them & they said I could buy a bigger size for $1, so I did because I needed it for the amount of chicken I had. Today I order a tray & didn't even get sweet & sour sauce! Didn't realize until I got home, so now I have just plain chicken for dinner. Called to complain & after saying I could drive back 25 minutes there, she would give me sauce. I said excuse me, but my meal is already cold, and she hessitatingly said next time she'd give me extra sauce, again I said excuse me then she said she'd give me 10% off. I won't waste my time, when there's other Chinese places in town who make sure their customers have everything to enjoy their meal
