Ordered my pizza at 3:54...arrived to pick up my pizza at 4:00....I live 5 mins away....noticed my boxes were not hot but didn't pay much attention to it till I started to eat the pizza and it was cold...I called the manager back (Rick) and he got an attitude with me like I was trying to get free pizza or something......then proceeded to put me on hold and never returned to the phone....had another employee tell me he was busy and could get back on the phone....tried to get a general managers name and was told Rick was the only person I could talk to.....will never and I mean never go back to this location again......other places are so much better and actually care about their customers.....

Ordered 2 medium pizzas pepperoni and sausage. Both pizzas barely any toppings. I counted 9 little pieces of sausage and assumed the pepperoni was under the cheese. Unfortunately we received about 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice. I am usually pleased with Papa John’s but this location is terrible.

I am writing a 1-star review due to a couple of recurring issues I've had the last 6 times I've ordered here.
Each time I've ordered lately, I have paid for extra garlic sauce or ranch, and they have been missing.
The most recent visit, I experienced the same issue - however, when I went inside to get my missing sauces, the gentleman I talked to cocked an attitude when I asked about the missing sauces. I was a bit perplexed about that, considering how politely I asked for the sauces.
I'd recommend the King Papa John's most of the time; however, after this most recent experience and the recurring missing sauce problem, I'll be taking my pizza business elsewhere, and I'd recommend you do the same.

One of the first times I came here, they had a stove issue and my order got cancelled. But every time I've been there since it's been very good. And the people there are great.

I ordered two pizzas and chicken wings at 2:54pm. 2 hours later still sitting here with no pizza. If you want to order pizza get no clear communication and still not get a pizza.

I did an online order for carry out (XL NY pepperoni) and they had it made and ready within 15 minutes. Soon as I walked in it was ready. My experience was great!

I ordered a pizza at 6:20 and sat in there till 7:42 when it said it would be ready at 6:52. I understand getting backed up but at least offer me something , and they were cursing and arguing and some guy dropped a pizza upside down then gave it to someone

Arrived today to order a couple of pizza for work at about 12:30. The overhead computerized menu was off (the middle panel was smashed out). I asked the worker why and he said the menu was odd because it was ‘out of date’ ?. So, I asked to see a paper menu. He said that they didn’t have any. Basically, there is no way to see what this place serves, you just have to ‘know’. Won’t try again.

Went here while on a road trip, it says carryout until 9:40 pm, we got there at 9pm the doors were locked and the employee hid behind the counter. We left.
