Whenever we place an order we put no contact as my wife works from home and we have 2 small dogs that bark when someone knocks. Driver knocks on the door gets both my dogs barking while my wife was on the phone with a costumer. It plainly says on the receipt NO CONTACT BARKING DOGS, WIFE WORKS FROM HOME. Just hope my wife doesn't get in trouble for papa John's incompetence

i always order my food for delivery. then place my tip after my experience. It simply says in instructions to leave this order at the door. and to not knock on my door.
this man still knocked on my door, after me telling him to leave it at my door, he continues to make excuses telling me i have to sign ??? no i’ve never had to sign ..
then mentions this for a TIP. you are beyond crazy if you think im going to leave you a tip, after you just got my dog &’ my child in here going crazy because you couldn’t follow simple instructions as to not knock on my door.
you can simply see why people don’t TIP because you cannot follow instructions. please don’t be a delivery driver if all ur expectations is on a tip… WHICH would have been given.. but everytime i order from here none of the drivers can listen.

We ordered a XL NY style pizza with light sauce, extra cheese and sausage. We think they got it backwards. We received extra sauce, light cheese and light sausage. This is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I used to really like Papa John’s. This was horrible. Never again.

Pizza quality has gone down. Tonight after Church I went in to pick up my pizza right in the Papa John's was a Mouse.Man went to get my pizza and right beside me a mouse come out. Worker said I will have to call my Manger and tell him. 🤔

Ordered my pizza at 3:54...arrived to pick up my pizza at 4:00....I live 5 mins away....noticed my boxes were not hot but didn't pay much attention to it till I started to eat the pizza and it was cold...I called the manager back (Rick) and he got an attitude with me like I was trying to get free pizza or something......then proceeded to put me on hold and never returned to the phone....had another employee tell me he was busy and could get back on the phone....tried to get a general managers name and was told Rick was the only person I could talk to.....will never and I mean never go back to this location again......other places are so much better and actually care about their customers.....

Ordered 2 medium pizzas pepperoni and sausage. Both pizzas barely any toppings. I counted 9 little pieces of sausage and assumed the pepperoni was under the cheese. Unfortunately we received about 1 piece of pepperoni on each slice. I am usually pleased with Papa John’s but this location is terrible.

Typical Papa John's location - they are fairly consistent when it comes to food quality, order times and such, in my experience.
I am writing a 1-star review due to a couple of recurring issues I've had the last 6 times I've ordered here.
Each time I've ordered lately, I have paid for extra garlic sauce or ranch, and they have been missing.
The most recent visit, I experienced the same issue - however, when I went inside to get my missing sauces, the gentleman I talked to cocked an attitude when I asked about the missing sauces. I was a bit perplexed about that, considering how politely I asked for the sauces.
I'd recommend the King Papa John's most of the time; however, after this most recent experience and the recurring missing sauce problem, I'll be taking my pizza business elsewhere, and I'd recommend you do the same.

I ordered two pizzas and chicken wings at 2:54pm. 2 hours later still sitting here with no pizza. If you want to order pizza get no clear communication and still not get a pizza.
Update: when the pizza got here it was cool. So thanks papa johns.

Good management and friendly coworkers. Light but accurate and quick. Time consuming but good work ethics make it a great place to work. Which then services is outstanding
