The food always is incredible, so I’m not upset about that. But when you come into this location, and the waitress desk says “It’s our pleasure to seat you”, you expect to be seated in 5 minutes or less. I went to the desk and everyone was on their phones and not paying attention to a single thing. That’s quite disappointing.

I love that location has a all you can buffet wish it was every day but 2 times a week is better than no times a week. But 12-2 only need to extend the time for the buffet

Run far away, you have been warned. We bought in a party of 10 and the buffet was only filled one time while we were there in a span of an hour and a half, my pizza took over an hour and my other party never got their pizza and had to cancel it. Staff is bare bones and it shows, my pizza was raw for half of the dough, absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in king or any Pizza Hut for that matter. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza hutt in King 50 minutes ago. It said 15 minutes delivery or 15 minute pick up time I get to Pizza hutt and they have not even started to order yet. Somebody needs to figure out what’s going on up there obviously somebody’s not doing their job Going forward. I’m done with Pizza hutt. I’ll order somewhere else.

There is no reason y’all should be struggling this bad. I have been waiting OVER AN HOUR for an online order. This is completely ridiculous. If y’all can’t do your job then new management needs to come in and take over this place. Y’all were doing go for a little bit and now once again it’s a terrible place to eat.

Food and service was ok, but the only compliant we noticed was that they locked the doors at 9pm even though they closed at 10pm! When we got up to checkout, we confronted our waitress about the hours, I'm guessing it was the manager that over heard us and he spoke up and said that they lock the doors so that they can clean up. I'm sorry, thats not the way to do business! Such poor management! As we were eating, we saw several people come to the door and leave because the door was locked. They are turning away business and turning away potential customers that they could of had for the night! We overheard that the franchise president was suppose to be visiting tomorrow 5/29/2025, my guess is I bet upward management and the franchise president doesn't know about them closing their doors nor answering the phones after 9pm!

This is the best Puzza Hut around our area. It's always clean. Food and service are great. Carry out and delivery are the majority of their business, but this one is great to eat in as well.

Order was ready quickly. After a long day I was just ready to get home and eat.
Hadn't eaten at a Pizza Hut in many years. Service by Christopher was outstanding! He is professional, has a great sense of humor and works well under pressure. They were short-staffed but he handled it like the pro he is. The guys in the kitchen prepared great food and presentation.

The manager is great. The food is still great. They're obviohsly struggling for decent help like so many other places these days. Last time I tried to call an order I gave up on calling in after being on hold too long. This time I gave my phone number and said I was going to do a repeat, as I have done the last 5 times I've gone. I was told there is no repeat order. You just can't fix stupid and it's everywhere these days.
