Its Saturday, 1:30 pm, and there is no one inside the store or answering the store phone. A customer placed a door dash order for this establishment-this had to be canceled and unassigned, wasting time and money and causing much disappointment to multiple parties. Next time you decide to close when your listed hours say you're open, put a sign on the door and in drive thru and update door dash information!

I absolutely Love Pizza Hut.. But this Pizza Hut Should be Closed Permanently!!! The day my mom and I went it was during Lunch (Buffet Hours).. They only had two pizzas, and 1 dried out pasta, They had a Salad Bar, but the salad bar wasn't working and our waitress Said it was out of order and it had be out of order for months.. You would figure since we couldn't get the Salad Bar, that the Buffet Price would be cheaper, but of course it wasnt!!! This Pizza hut was so bad it doesn't even get a Star, It gets a negative Star!! This place was terrible.. I can't believe Pizza Hut Is Allowing this to Happen....

This pizza hut in king has got major problems and the management is absolutely horrible. From 2021 to now 9 times out of 10 their dining room will be closed and the doors will be locked so you can't come in. They have not had their salad bar since January of this year they claim it'd broken and corporate won't fix it. I believe it's just an excuse so they won't have to put the salad out these are the laziest people working up in this place the times you could go in there and eat you would have to beg for a refill on your drink. The waitress are so lazy and distracted most of them are single mothers who can't wait on tables because their so distracted by their stupid children that they dint need to be working at thar pizza hut they should just go home and tend to their children. The only ones who suffer are the paying customers who get lousy service everytime they go there. I just tried to call amd place an order for some parmesean cheese sticks and the woman hung up on me. I'm totally done with this pizza hut. I'm sick of the rude employees and lousy management and lousy service.
Slow even after giving extra time to prepare pizza. Pizza when finally received (45minutes after it was supposed to be ready) was ok. Employee lied to my face after ignoring me in drive though for half an hour that they were only employee after I saw the others walking by also ignoring me. Just do yourself a favor and get a pizza from dominoes or little Italy in King. It'll be cheaper and a hell of a lot faster and better.

Worst Pizza Hut in USA. Pizza is always good, but service and management sucks. Always short on employees. Daughter waited 30 minutes at drive thru window, final had to call her husband to go inside to get the pizza. Babies was asleep in car. When he got in there, had to wait additional 30 minutes. Uber eats was coming in going as he waited. Online ready time was 6:37, final received pizza 7:34.
