I originally left a negative review after driving from Pilot Mountain to pick up pizzas I had already paid for, only to find the store closed. With many places closed due to a bad snow and ice storm, the app caused confusion by allowing the order to go through.

I later spoke with the general manager, and there was a miscommunication between him and his staff. He was very friendly, took responsibility, and made it right by giving me free cheese sticks and honoring the $3 personal pan pizza deal, even though it’s normally only available on Tuesdays. I really appreciate how he handled the situation.

Called in a pizza and I was told I can pick it up in 25 minutes, 25 minutes later I showed up for my order and I was told the pizza was not made yet because their deep dish pan was broken. I thought it was odd that they only had one deep dish pan but more importantly, how stupid that they didn’t call me but rather waited until I got there to let me know. So I asked, what were my options and they said thin crust or regular crust. I said regular is fine and they said it will only take a few minutes because they were going to make it right away. 30 minutes later, I asked where the pizza was, and they said it was still in the oven. Approximately five minutes later, I finally received the pizza and it was definitely not worth the wait. Needless to say after that ordeal, I will not be back

always so slow and the employees have no sense of urgency. i went in to pick up an order and i was told they have 12 orders that they havent even started on. this isnt the fist time the wait time has been outrageous

I genuinely could not think of a worse place to go. Unless you want to be waiting an hour or more for your food, don’t come here. All of their food is premade and frozen. All they do is put the toppings on the dough and bake. Yet somehow you can place an order at Little Italy for a family of 10, And at the same time, order a personal pan pizza from Pizza Hut, and your entire family will have finished eating and be ready for dessert before your personal pan. Pizza from Pizza Hut has even been assembled yet. I have honestly never seen an establishment be so incompetent overall.

Decided to eat inside for the first time in like 10 years. I have no idea how corporate thinks that they can run a dining room with table service/buffet on top of a regular delivery/take out restaurant. Buffet wasn't supplied, took forever to get drink refills. When there was food, it was god awful.

Either shut down the dining room completely or hire 2 more people cuz 3 people trying to run the whole place is absolutely ridiculous.

The food always is incredible, so I’m not upset about that. But when you come into this location, and the waitress desk says “It’s our pleasure to seat you”, you expect to be seated in 5 minutes or less. I went to the desk and everyone was on their phones and not paying attention to a single thing. That’s quite disappointing.

I love that location has a all you can buffet wish it was every day but 2 times a week is better than no times a week. But 12-2 only need to extend the time for the buffet

Run far away, you have been warned. We bought in a party of 10 and the buffet was only filled one time while we were there in a span of an hour and a half, my pizza took over an hour and my other party never got their pizza and had to cancel it. Staff is bare bones and it shows, my pizza was raw for half of the dough, absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in king or any Pizza Hut for that matter. Avoid at all costs.
