Small but i like it love thr turkey provolone WHY DO YALL NOT TAKE COUPONS ? WHEN I GOT COUPONS FROM THIS LOCATION ? And came by drive thru why have a drive thru if there is no one to take orders from it ?

At 4pm today I waited at drive thru 6 minutes with no one in front of me. Called the store to ask if they were open and was rudely told the dthru speaker doesn't work. Suggested they might want to place a sign on it to let customers waiting indefinitely know and she rudely said she couldn't put a sign on it unless corporate approved it and she hung up on me as I was still sitting in drive thru. I pulled off and will never return. I guess I should have heeded the online warnings of how terrible the service is at the subway here in King.

I haven’t eaten here since 2018 because of the small portions, the high prices, and the extremely rude employees. I tried it again today, 2025, and, unfortunately, was met with the same ignorant issues.

Oh dang, they done rise up again. A renovation isn’t gonna help the bad rep this place had prior to and the makeover won’t help after neither. Stay away folks and spend your hard earned money elsewhere for some better food and service anywhere else other than here. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya.

Stopped in because we saw it had reopened!! Subs were fresh and customer services was really efficient! Thanks ladies it was nice to sit and enjoy! To a point of because outs freezing! 😂

We came and ate here on June 30th.with the renovations it looks the same,we have to look for a clean table to sit at.the staff is very rude , especially the girl with the nose piercing.she was very rude to me ,my opinion this place should of been demolished not rebuilt . .I wouldn't eat here if it was the last place on earth.get better help with a better attitude.remeber customers are always right .I'd give a F for failure for this restaurant needs to be reported .I've never left a food restaurant in tears before ,this day I did .to the lady with the nose piercing I hope that you will be nicer to people so sorry you had such a bad life to take it out on others ,don't bring your personal problems to work with you .if you don't like your job find a new one period .praying your attitude changes .God bless

Will not take coupons because they are privately owned along with the one in Rural Hall. They are are some greedy people. Two footlong sandwiches was $28.00. With the economy today it is nice to have coupons.

Lettuce brown and withered as before renovation. Nothing has changed on that item. Charged for a fountain drink but ordered water. Went to fountain and got a fountain drink.. OWNER accused me of not paying for fountain drink! With receipt in hand I said YES I DID! Rude customer service!! Especially false accusations coming from the OWNER! We'll never grace your door with our presence again!! What an ordeal!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Subway truly deserves it! The renovations look incredible — the whole place feels fresh, modern, and super welcoming. Everything was spotless, from the counters to the dining area. You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here.

What really made my visit special was the staff. Every single person was so friendly, patient, and kind. They took their time with my order and made my sandwich with real care — it honestly felt like it was made with love! They even made sure to change their gloves and handle everything hygienically, which I really appreciated.

This is hands down one of the best Subway locations I’ve ever been to. Great food, clean space, and an amazing team. I’ll definitely be coming back!
