I decided to try this location since my usual Hibachi spot is closed on Sunday. I am not a fan of meat, so I ordered salmon teriyaki however, what I received steak and salmon. I didn't eat it but waited until I had time later that afternoon to return it for a replacement. They failed to give me a refund or replace my order. Horrible customer service.

I stopped in while I was in town last night. Brought the family meal home, it was a crazy amount of food! Everyone in the family enjoyed it very much. The soup and sauces were great! My server was so sweet. I will make a trip back just to go to this restaurant.

This place isn’t expensive, but it doesn’t have good prices either… especially considering the food was super sub-par. I wasn’t expecting authentic Japanese at an un-vetted/random place, but this was laughably disappointing. The hibachi was bland and the sushi was so Americanized I ate a whole weeks worth of calories in one mayo-slathered bite. We have no complaints about the staff, but we won’t be back.

They were pretty busy, so we didn't see the servers much. Also, we had to help a mom who was given a broken highchair another one left at our nearby table. Other than that, we enjoyed our food and time! Food was very good ??

Used to be awesome before the new owners took over, food has been garbage ever since. It’s never completely right, there is always something missing. Go to US hibachi down the street, still not great but they at least get it right sometimes.

Place had good reviews and we are local so we decided to go. We got take out and it was awful. White sauce looked like mayo in a cup and food was bland at best. Will not be back especially for what it cost.

THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND BBB WILL BE CONTACTED.My husband and I have visited Tokyo multiple times throughout the year. December 20th of 2023 would be our last visit. Prior to this experience I would have rated the restaurant as average/fair but after being served what appeared AND SMELT like rotting meat they're lucky we don't take legal matters into our own hands. After my husband started profusely gagging, and rushed to the bathroom to induce vomiting, I picked up his tray of food and couldn't believe the odor. I wish I could tell you this was an exaggeration but the meat immediately reminded me of ROADKILL. We bagged the food, even bagging the rotting pieces of meat, and returned it to the restaurant. My husband spoke to the manager who was unkind and hesitated to provide a refund since the food "appeared to have had some eaten from it". We shouldn't have had to explain to her in any way that we ate 2-3 bites before coming across the crumbling, putrid, and rotting meat. Like I said, we even bagged the pieces, and begged them to inspect it if they didn't believe us. If I could rate this lower than one star, I would in a heart beat. The whole experience was unbelievable. We will absolutely never step foot in this restaurant again. Two days later and my husband is still barely eating and I can't shake the smell of that meat. We are waiting on a refund, which was said to be back in our account within 24-48 hours. As stated at the beginning of my review, the health department, and BBB will be contacted. This needs to NEVER happen.
